The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the AC needed service, one AC wasn’t working for the first day

The Team from Vesta is incredible! Not only did the property meet all expectations, but once the team knew I was in Gouna for my wedding, they upgraded me to a more significant place and were so helpful. Everything from checking in to support throughout the trip was incredible. I can't recommend Vesta enough.

Good Location, Clean. just great !!
Just maybe a little bit noise during the evening for the room in front. Facing the road ( relatively Heavy trafic during the evening ).
remark : Vesta has many houses in El Gouna you should ask the exact location before renting. we were expecting to be very close to the KBC ….but at the end it was great to be close to the Marina.

Property was clean and had everything needed. we really enjoyed our stay, communication was very easy and smooth. They were always very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely recommend to book Vesta properties!! They also have cleaning service every 48hours which was a postive surprise for us

I’ve reserved a Villa in Fanadir area. The villa was very clean and comfy also equipped with everything you need at your stay.
There is smart TV with free apps access (Netflix, OSN … etc.)
All rooms have view to the lagoon. Each room has its own bathroom.
The pool was good but a bit small. The villa was close to casa cook where you can access beach and pool there.
The stuff is professional. I’d like to thanks Mr. Emad from operations and Israa from reservation as they were helpful.
- The outside area needs improvement in insects control as there are alot of mosquitoes starting from sunset till dawn.

Property amenities were excellent. Pool, bbq, kitchen, indoor and outdoor eating areas. Well air conditioned. Plus free Netflix. Property managers were outstanding. For reasons beyond their control (work on neighbouring property) we had to move to another of their properties. It was all sorted within an hour, including transport and help with our luggage, and followed up to make sure everything was ok. Felt very looked after.
Nothing. Kitchen fairly lightly stocked so if you plan on cooking take some basics like salt, pepper etc. We managed perfectly well though, with home cooking every night on the outdoor grill!

❌️ pool man and gardener should notify before entering for maintenance
❌️pool lacks full privacy as always boats pass in the lagoons

Privacy, Quality of Facilities and Friendly Staff
Swimming pool need to be cleaned more and the deposit of insurance is a little bit high compared with the price of one night.
My advice is to make it a percentage of how many nights booked
