Excellent location close to Ocean Park and Rizal Park. Also for shopping Robinsons Mall at easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Shower is hot and strong. Modern bathroom.

It is in a challenging neighborhood but if you treat the poor with respect it is OK.

staff: very polite, kudos to them! facilities: They provide towels and soap (in bathroom and toilet dispensers). The reception sells items such as coffee, shampoo, soap though the prices are higher. There is a restaurant in the ground floor. location: It is near some places like the Rizal Park, National museums, US Embassy, baywalk, Robinson's Place Manila, 7/11 stores, etc. You can just walk to these places. If traffic is not bad, the NAIA can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Their is just one downside (though not the hotel's fault), when it is raining the road in front of the entrance gets flooded so you cannot go out without your feet getting wet. I hope the village or local government can do something about it.

no 24hrs maintenance.. they let me sleep with no aircon for 1 day. then when i told to the receptionist.. they just offer me a fan instead to transfer me to the other rooms..they just let me transfer me in noon time when the maintenance cant fix it.

Went to US embassy and got visa approved. Very nice and clean hotel.

Location was good.

One elevator was not working. Quite a waiting time with only 1 functioning elevator. I requested for room clean up. Came back at night, but my room wasn't cleaned at all. I had to call front desk to ask for new towels.

Very nice and modern rooms. Nice shower, great view, comfortable bed and a TV.

1) Service was poor. Our rooms were automatically locked / key-cards cancelled 30 minutes BEFORE check-out time. Staff refused to help us get access. So we had to wait in line for 20 minutes while others were checking out before our key-cards could be reopened. Despite the hotels mistake cost us 20 minutes, in which we intended to pack, they still insisted we were out at 12 noon. 2) We initially booked one night, then requested to extend with one more night for the two rooms we had booked. The list price for extending were about 1500 PHP higher than the previous night. Booked at Booking.com again and got it 1500 PHP cheaper than list price. We were asked if we needed cleaning in the room, and requested some new towels and just trash bin emptied in both room. Housekeeping never showed up, and we never got trash removed or new towels. 3) Wifi in one room kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. In other room it worked fine. The general service level of the staff needs improving, but the hotel and rooms are nice with a great location.

As a solo female traveler, it felt safe. The location was a 30 minute walk to Intramuros and was safe to walk to and from in daylight. No noise at night and the bed was comfortable. Easy to get a grab in the middle of the night for the airport. Solid stay for 1 night in Manila.

Need to provide filtered water so we can refill. It’s a standard environmental practice hotels should have to reduce plastic.

The AC is not working on my first night. So I have to transfer to another room. On my 2nd night, the power supply went off at 2am. I had to call the staff. The cable/signal not working consistently. No netflix. No youtube.

The location is accessible to US embassy The rooms were presentable and clean.
