Breakfast - Good

We have paid Rs 5500 /- per night for a room which was not at all worth. Room which was allocated to us was without any ventilation facility. No Window, No Balcony .. We requested to change the room.. They have shifted us in other room but very small room with window. Absolutely No value for money. I could find out from reception counter that room which was given to us was available at Rs 3000 to 3500. We complaint to the shift manager.. they said ..you have booked room through Booking .com.. You may please write to them.. we cant help you. They have asked the payment before entering the room.. We paid full amount for two days.. absolutely disappointed. While leaving the hotel, staff which were present there was very rude and they could not give any satisfactory answers to any of our question.. in fact at the same time they were busy with arguing with other customer.

The location was bad ..too noisy..discourteous staff... breakfast was cold

Breakfast was good and hygenic,healthy tasty. Chef knows his job, location is good, walking distance from Sigra water tank a well known location. Front office guys are very sober and hospitable, Ayub sahib,Khan, Shivam ( owner) are very considerate. Thanks VI

Toiletries are not upto the standard. Can be better in this price. Coffee tray should have more tea sachet. Water bottles are very poor quality.

Excellent service. Very good food. Very clean everything.

Bathroom fittings need care.
