it's just a charging point for tree beds and i think is very bad that for a traveler and for a hostel , i had to charge my phone at the bathroom :(

Really lovely staff. They went an extra mile and stayed longer than the normal check in time to meet me, during my stay were very pleasant and gave me really great tips for Granada, and how to visit Alhambra :) The place itself is really nice, with the inner beautiful courtyard. Enjoyed my stay so much... Thank you, always again!

Overall everything was OK

I came to stay at this hotel when it first opened a few years ago and I thought it was fantastic. great to be in such a good location and with a pool...it has unfortunately lost it's charm since then.

The first 2 nights stay was great, clean room etc but the third night we changed rooms and it rained and the ceiling leaked into our bathroom and bedroom and soaked through All my clothes. No one could help me And they have refused to refund that nights stay which is very unfair seeing that I needed to continue my trip in wet clothes. I showed the breakfast staff my room and they also took pictures but I was told there would be no one to talk too until 2 pm and they would call me back...no one called me back and then refused to refund. some of my clothes were ruined as the water was dirty from the celing and will now have to be replaced. It is a far cry from the place I stayed a few years ago .seems as though no one really cares anymore which is a shame as that is the reason I came back..i loved it back then .

The hostel was amazing. I really enjoyed my days there. The staff was lovely. Especially the lady from Peru she was so happy and smiley and made an extra effort to speak to me and other guests although there was language barriers she didn’t stop communicating with me a massive credit to your hostel The whole place was clean & stylish a real high standard My only criticism is. I was told in the morning of my due check out that I could extend my stay and keep my bed so I went out on a tour , booked a coach for next day. To then get a phone call that I could no longer stay that night. & after me begging for them to let me stay they found me a room for 40 euro more I still had to come and pack my things to move. I found a cheaper hostel & regretfully stayed else wher the last njhht. I will highly recommend this hostel to everyone. It’s done so well & a great location

I liked the cleaning service in the room, even though I was not informed that every day someone would come to clean the bathroom - i would have prefered to know that in advance. I like the pool and the general impression the hotel did - it was really beautiful.

I expected that, like in a typical hostel, there would be some kind of common room with comfy furniture to hang on with other guests, make a tea or cofee... which was practically impossible. Also a small kitchen anex available for everyone would be awesome.

The location was really nice and the staff was mostly excellent.

AC didn't work and was never taken care off. The windows had to stay open and it was quite noisy at night because of people passing in the street. This would be no problem if the price was a lot cheaper. The swimming pool is so much smaller than on the pictures. No means to charge anything next to the bed and no light switch either next to the bed, I had to climb down 3 meters from the top bed with only the emergency exit light. The room is actually nice but not well taken care of (shower is a bit broken, AC issue see above).

The style and the location was spot on. The bed was comfortable. Good shower. The cleaner did a great job and was friendly and professional.

This property could be so much more with a manager. The staff require basic training. The breakfast was served by the most uninspired, uncaring, unmotivated, couldn't care less person I've ever met in a business environment.... No tea.. No coffee.. No eggs...gets annoyed when you ask him for a knife to spread the butter you had to get yourself..This is basic stuff.... Do NOT go in the pool.. There is no filtration.. Hence green slime covering the bottom of the pool.. No maintenance... Taps in the bathroom loose... Plants dying from lack of water... Cups and glasses left in the grounds for days...varnish peeling off on windows..They still have bits of Christmas decorations in the breakfast room... Dust everywhere.. Guests picking up tomato sauce jars thrown on the floor outside the property because staff can't be bothered.. If you build it the mugs will come and pay...This property is style over substance... Employ mature people that care and you would have a winner...

Staff are friendly and helpful

Filthy and unhygienic rooms. Used tampons, ear buds on the bathroom floor. Grime in shower. Dust and food crumbs on surfaces. Evidently hadn’t been cleaned in months.

A great location just a few steps from the heart of Albaicín, but out of the action enough to be quiet and peaceful to escape it all. The bathroom was well appointed, and the outdoor area was lovely. Staff were always very friendly as were the other guests. Very reasonable price for its location and the time of year.

Would have appreciated a safe in the room or lockers below the beds to secure valuables - I had to carry these on my person each day instead. Also the bunk beds are very high and there is no bedside storage.

great location, very nice personnel, the swimming pool was a must, especially with 42 degrees during the day

breakfast was really underwhelming. not much offer, bread finished after a couple of guests and it was always necessary to ask, since it was not available. coffee was cold. the waiter was nice and tried to navigate a clear lack of organization but I imagine that wearing headphones while serving was not very helpful

The breakfast was good, but would have been helpful to have a menu to see what was on offer. A beautiful location close to a lively plaza.

The bedding was a little dirty and the floor could have been cleaner
