This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.

We have enjoyed our stay. the apartment is very nice, well maintained, clean and tasteful. We had a great view of the lake from the balcony. We were happy about the deckchairs, which we could relax in after our hikes.

If you want the most sublime view of Kotor then you have to be a little way up a hill. This appartment is it. The view from the balcony is hard to walk away from. We couldn't find a restaurant in town with a setting anywhere like it. The appartment itself was fantastic for us 2 fifty somethings. The mattress is very good quality & the bedroom very quiet for a good nights sleep.I'm fussy on mattresses too. The shower pressure is also strong for a good start & end to the day. The kitchen is well equiped.We did breakfast every morning & a couple of dinners .Lots of kitchen stuff.Great fridge freezer. On arrival the appartment was beautifully clean. Plenty of folder info in the drawers on the flat & also if you are new to the area. Books,Games & DVD's if you fancy a night in. We walked into town in about 15/20 minutes each night. A swim in the sea is only a few mins walk away. Pool was also good to cool down in. Annie the host was & is exceptional. Nothing was any trouble.She has a mine of information on Kotor & beyond.We got some great tips/advice on our trip from Annie. We have travelled all over the world the in the last 3 decades. The appartment is fab. The view from it is in our top 2 of all time. 10/10 Thanks Annie

The Apartment is in a lovely, quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying its stunning views over the bay to Kotor Old Town. The host was very helpful from start to finish with great communication, including helping with the transfer from Tivat Airport. The 20-minute walk into Kotor was easy to access all of the activities, with a brilliant bakery at the half way point.

What a wonderful appartment ! This size is very well, and the view on Kotor is superb ! All was perfect and very clean. The pool is also an advantage and very useful. Thank you Annie for informations, we spent a great trip !

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the view was amazing! It was a good walk into town but it was not difficult. It was easily accomplished in under 15 minutes. We had a car and designated parking was a great help as we did a lot of exploring to adjacent areas. If you walk into town try the BBQ place by the bus stop. Huge portions with great prices and very good

Exceptional communication with Annie (owner) over the past 2 years. We had had to rearrange twice due to covid , but this seemed no problem with Annie who totally understood. Well equipped apartment , with everything you need, with quality household items. Amazing view. Thanks for everything Annie, including tips for days out and arranging a cheaper taxi, than using the airport taxis.

The apartment was lovely… very clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were breath taking. Annie was very helpful and provided us with the information on best and affordable restaurants, activities and attractions. We would highly recommend!

Loved our stay in Muo, fab views from the balcony mountains, sea, cruise ships and starry nights. Apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities within walking distance and some great places to eat. Highly recommend Marendas steak restaurant. Fantastic bay to walk around through Dobrota and beyond. Don’t miss out on the speed boat ride to the blue cave, we were fortunate to see a dolphin pod and a marlin leaping en route, great day. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in perfect location in a really nice holiday town. The views were spectacular, the pool was spot on, the facilities perfect and everything was spotlessly clean. Dealing with Annie was a pleasure and the whole booking/arrival process was perfect. Highly recommended.

From booking to arriving at the accommodation communication was excellent, emails were replied to very quickly. On arrival the apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. Location is excellent with fantastic views across the bay. Swimming pool had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Very quiet location.

Lovely quiet appartment in good location. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. To go further affield we relied on the local buses that passed at the bottom of the hill which you just flagged down which was brilliant. The view from the balcony is beautiful as is Kotor old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Annie our host was so helpful with all the information she provided and was so organised that it relieved any anxieties.

The overall location was ideal for us - great views and close enough to walk to Kotor, but far enough away from the tourist crowds. We didn't have a car, but taxis are inexpensive and the walk into town is fine during the day - we wouldn't attempt it after dark as there are no sidewalks for part of the journey. The apartment is of a good size and well equipped for preparing meals on-site. All appliances worked well, including the wifi. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and offer recommendations on things to see and do.

Annie was the perfect host giving us lots of information before our stay. The apartment has everything you could wish for and the view is amazing! A leisurely walk takes you into the old town of Kotor, but beware there aren’t any pavements in some spots. You pass a brilliant bakery and the Idea supermarket has all the basics you would need for self catering. Very reasonably priced wine and beer! The old town in Kotor can get busy but Muo Vista is a tranquil oasis to retreat after a busy day, or just stay there and watch the world go by.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had the newest of appliances and facilities. We spent many a morning and evening relaxing on the balcony and had spectacular views of the firework festivals and ships. The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed this facility in the 36 degree heat, if you don't like swimming in the sea! The position of the apartment meant that we could walk to the old town within twenty minutes and visit the local restaurant and bars with ease. We ate and drank well and everything was good value for money. The boutique shops were excellent if you like browsing. We would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay. Annie was very helpful and everyone staying in that particular complex were kind, helpful and respectful. The days out we chose to do were also exciting (with some hairy bus rides!) Don't expect wild, raucous nightlife - this was a romantic, quiet, relaxing break, perfectly suited to our needs. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Over the past 7 years we have stayed at the Kotor Muo Apartments. We have stayed in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments all have been excellent. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds. Annie’s apartment is well equipped and extremely comfortable. Being on the first floor you have fabulous views over the bay and perfect for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. The apartments are a great location only a mile from Kotor old town with its array of restaurants. Annie is a great host and replies to emails very quickly. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and it was everything we wanted it to be. It is a beautiful well equipped apartment with spectacular views over the Bay of Kotor and within walking distance of Kotor old town. Prior to our stay we had excellent advice from the owner Annie who went out of her way to ensure we had the best possible holiday experience. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment, with lovely views across to the old town of Kotor. Walkable in 20mins although part of the walk is on a narrow road with no pavement and there is a short steep walk to reach the apartment. Annie was the perfect host answering any queries quickly and providing lots of info and even some basic provisions prior to arriving. Slightly noisy the 1st couple of days due to a triathlon event with evening entertainment in Kotor. Amazing how the sound carries across the water, but no fault of the host. Interesting sitting watching the cruise liners come and go and there is a lovely pool to have a dip on the warmer days with plenty of loungers. Overall a very relaxing stay with plenty to keep you occupied nearby.

The apartment is well equipped and feels like you are staying in someone’s home rather than a bare bones apartment for travellers. There is a brand new bathroom which was lovely. The view is exceptional 24 hours a day. It’s set back from the road just far enough so traffic is not annoying and at night it is so quiet you get a great sleep. Being an end apartment you have windows on three sides which gives great ventilation and lighting. It is a small unit complex which we liked. If you do not have a car, you must walk up a hilly and narrow driveway and then up one flight of stairs - only mention this for folks who may have mobility issues. But taxis will drive you right to the door! The only improvement we suggest is an upgrade to the sofas - there are two two seaters, both pull out beds. Our son was travelling with us and neither was suitable for an adult to sleep on. We combined the two thin single mattresses to make a more comfortable bed on the floor and we were fine. But an upgrade would be a terrific improvement! Overall we loved staying here - clean, convenient, quiet and stunningly beautiful views.

Highly recommend this property - well equipped with a gated parking area and designated space. Annie, the owner, sent us ample information and directions for the trip from Dubrovnik and her tips for things to do and where to go were excellent and really helpful. The view from the balcony over to Kotor town is exceptional.

Highly recommended flat with wonderful views and great location. Everything worked well and the location was ideal for the old town. Probably the prettiest scenery anywhere with the added interest of a new cruise liner opposite each morning.

Stayed at the apartment for one week,from booking to arriving,Annie the owner kept in touch,giving us lot's of information about the apartment and the area.We don't usually visit the same place twice,but would definitely return to this apartment. It was a 15 minute walk into Kotor old town,where you will find lovely restaurants in a wonderful setting and after a nice meal a stroll back to the apartment,to sit on the balcony with a drink taking in the wonderful night time views of the bay. We could not fault any part of the holiday at all and would like to say a big thank's to the owners.
