Breakfast was not included. The BQQ facility was not clean and it took us a long time to clean it before we could use it.

Building work was going on 60 meters away not nice scenery from the windows. Unfortunately.

the ventilation machine made a loud noise and there was no air conditioning even though it was mentioned in the information about the place.luckily it was cool at night at that time

The house was very clean and the kitchen especially was extremely well equipped. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was superb.

The air conditioning turned out to be completely broken. We had maintenance to come and have a look at it, and he said it doesn’t work, the air is not coming out at all. So the temperature in the bedrooms was 31 Celsius degrees and we weren’t able to sleep at all.

The house is a rather new one and definitely a bigger one within this category of cottages, also price-wise. You can hardly find a cottage for rent with bed linen and final cleaning included in the price and the price is still very affordable. The manager Minna was brilliant in communicating via email and made my additional requests met, e.g. taking the gas grill out from the winter storage for use (NB! the grill and a bottle of gas was also included in the price). In the house there is everything needed for a weekend or even longer stay, even a lot of kitchenware like modern food processor, blenders, mixers etc. Excellent. The location is good as well, the Bamba spa and Bomba village is just next to the cottage so you dont have to drive there. Also all possibilities of hiking and cycling are available, as well as golf fields in about 1 km away. And last but not least, a bottle of very good italian red wine was waiting for us in the table. That's the first time I've ever seen in Finland. Thanks!

What I dont really get is why in most of the rental cottages in Finland the owners call two single beds a double bed. A very fact that two single beds stay next to each other doesnt make it a double bed :) So in Heidihaus you will find 6 single beds instead of one double and four singles. Also, after we arrived with some food from the shop we realised that, first, a fridge is quite small for such a big house, so it you like to eat much, bring you food in parts. Second, which was even more disappointing, there was no freezer at all so we had to bring to the waste bin a part of our ice-cream and some other frozen stuff which could not be all cooked at once. So just keep it in mind. With the coming winter it doesnt seem to be a huge problem, but during the weekend we were there, it was always above zero degree outside.

Very cosy place with a nice view to the lake. The house is moder, confortable with all équipement you may need.
