Room is essential for one night stay but it's clean, has everything you need and bed are very comfortable. Location of course is fantastic for people in transit from Incheon, just a few steps from every gate

Good location and of course extremely helpful for overnight transit fliers, but the rooms are too small for comfort and a there is a lack of snack options when the airport facilities are closed. Also, the hotel was very hard to find because there was no terminal maps or signage where we disembarked, and requires that passengers pass through security checks to get there, taking up a lot of time.

The room is small but the bed is comfortable. The shower has good water pressure. Its very quiet. We really appreciated the good rest after the 16 hours flight.
There was sewer smell in the bathroom. The sink is very small. There was no enough space to put personal items.

Ideal for a transfer with overnight stay and early departure. Wakeup, shower and walk to your boarding gate. No passport or security checks. If you have also access to the prestige lounge from Korean Air it can't be better because they are next to each other so you can take dinner, drinks and breakfast there.
I got what I expected. Small room, no window but comfortable bed, good shower and clean so what do you need more during a transit.

Having the hotel inside the terminal was extremely convenient. The Terminal 2 Transit Hotel at ICN was extremely clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The shower was excellent and the beds were comfortable.
It would have been nice to have better signage to get from the arrival gate to the hotel. I wasn’t sure if I needed to go through the transfer area, but the airport staff was helpful in directing me to the location.

Perfect for a layover. You don't have to leave the terminal. Very clean. Small room with no window but that was expected. Bed and pillows were good. 12 hours from when you check in works really well for travellers. Best part was the hot shower. Really nice facilities with great water pressure. No complaints and would highly recommend!
