Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und alles ist sehr sauber Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Natur drumherum ist wie ein kleines Paradies inmitten von Kuta Die Lage ist sehr zentral Auf Wunsch kann man sogar einen Föhn oder Wasserkocher bekommen Das war eines der saubersten Hotels in dem wir in 4 Wochen Indonesien waren!

Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, die gesamte Unterkunft sehr modern und noch wenig abgewohnt. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Toller kleiner Pool mit angenehmer Temperatur. Freundlicher Service, bei Bedarf gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher und Kaffee Geschirr. In Laufnähe zum Flughafen, daher super für die erste n Nächte um anzukommen.

Dusche leider lauwarm. Leider nur zwei Liegen am Pool.

Surprisingly quiet at night given the location, tucked into a backstreet away from the traffic and hawkers. Probably the best nights uninterrupted sleep I had in Indonesia. Modern hotel quality room, not a "homestay". Comfy bed, good shower, nice lighting options, smart TV that let me sign in to my Prime account for streaming shows off the WiFi, also had Netflix and Disney apps. The pool is very nice and clean and the surrounding garden is relaxing. Restaurants and a minimart are just around the corner. It was exactly what I wanted for the last night of my travels. Somewhere cushy to laze by the pool and lie around eating snacks in bed watching TV.

Intermittent construction noise during the day from next door. Looks like they are only 1/4 way through a new building project so unlikely to finish soon. Noise didn't start early though or go past dusk, and nothing too heavy. The noise levels were about standard for Kuta anyway, just a different type.

Everything was wonderful, clean, cozy, very beautiful. The staff is 10+, attentive, responsive, always helping with everything. I recommend!

It was a little noisy due to the air conditioners on the roof (we were on the 2nd floor), but you could only hear it in the hallway, it wasn't a problem

Beautiful garden, nice location near the airport. We only spent one night there, but it was more than perfect for the price. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Very much recommended!

Value for money. Clean, large space for room, bed and toilet. Good location because its nearby to the Kuta beach and few of attraction place. Very friendly staff, they even bring our luggage and bag pack to the room and also help us on getting a motorbike for rent. Nice view from the room and also nice pool to chill.

Slow Wi-Fi and also slow water pressure for shower and water tap. The staff trying to settle the problem but the water pressure is still same. Rather than that, everything was good for resting after travelling.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Any question I had answered. They were even kind enough to let me keep my bags there after I checked out because my flight was at night. Its right next to 2 big malls as well as Waterbom Bali. I would highly reccomend for anyone. Super bang for your buck as well.

Great value for the price, very kind and helpful owners (family business). They are always nice and kind. Clean new rooms with perfect pool view. It’s in the middle of Kuta but the garden is still silent and calm. There is a very good massage salon (Family spa&healing) just next to the Arnaya Homestay.

the shower head has sand in it (design?) which results in zero water pressure. You are much better off removing it. The bed was very squeaky so i could sleep at all :(

I can not say how much we loved it! Everything inside and outside was very clean, the staff is amazing there, very happy, nice, helpful and warm hearted people. The pool, omg, just amazing! Room was spacious with space for work, wifi worked very well, we had some Teams calls and there was no problem. Outside we had a little terrace, very good for chill in front of the pool. Next door is the best Warung (typical restaurant) Shinta with good prices and amazingly tasty food, highly recommended. Location was good, few minutes of walk to Kuta beach, it was near main street but wasn't noisy at all, so peaceful! We loved our stay, perfect value for easy money, recommended.
