The architecture is very nice. Also, we asked for a quiet room, and we received just that: a quiet room. Just early in the morning, other guests were making noise (earlier than 8am), and at half past 9:00, someone was knocking at our door to ask for the "status of the room" -- whatever this means, and whyever this is needed!

We did not like that our door was knocked at 9 am--we were awake already, but what is the need to bother the guest, if checkout is at noon? And again, we were coming back to the room at 11, and the housekeeper knocked our door some minutes later to ask if we were about to leave. My question is: why? Checkout is at noon! When we came out, there she was, just waiting outside the door. We felt watched by the housekeeper. Not comfortable. Otherwise, everything would have been 10

It was pretty and in good location.

The front staff were not friendly, I had reserved 2 rooms which were not ready at check in. It took 2 extra hours to get ready one took an extra hour. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We had been traveling all day. One of the rooms tv didn’t work. They didn’t care to fix.

Excellent location and such a beautiful place!!!

Super comfy bed. I slept really well at this hotel. Location in Jalalatco was great. You're still within walking distance of a lot of good cafes and Oaxaca City's top attractions. Pool was small but nicely sequestered and felt like you had a lot of privacy. Shout out to the rooftop bartenders (good mezcalinis) and housekeeping who helped recover a lost t-shirt.

Room was a bit bland and the bathroom had seen better days...small shower stall.

Some of the staff members were excellent and very nice. I loved the design and the pool area was beautiful with a nice view.

It was really hard to sleep in. On the weekend they have a brunch buffet with live music, so it is very hard to sleep in. And on Monday, the last day of my stay, there was a really loud man on a microphone starting at 7am. I think it might have been some kind of graduation but I was unable to sleep in due to it.

The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Delicious breakfast as well!

location was great, loved all the cafe's and quiet neighborhood. Very close to centro. Nice hotel with lots of fun spaces and terraza. Loved the bar too!

we had the hum of a water feature pump in our room the entire time that was a little annoying. there were also work being done that made a lot of noise all day. But we enjoyed our stay

It beautiful! the architecture and landscape is gorgeous.

No coffee machine or refrigerator in any of the rooms! To me these are basic necessities in a hotel room ... especially one of this calibre. We were told coffee was available in the bar. I made my way down there in morning to be given coffee from a machine (like the one on my workspace, push a button and the coffee comes out) and was charged 500 pesos per cup for this (NZ$5) Being from New Zealand, I can get a cup of proper barista coffee for this amount.

Rooftop pool area was lovely, albeit a little small with too few sun loungers (5). area was very cool with lots of bars and cafes and great street art. Also very close to the bus station (walking distance) if arriving in Oaxaca by ADO coach.

Bathroom was quite small and decor colour scheme in rooms made them seem quite dark.

The breakfast can be better next time and the parking was a bit busy for my car. The rest was great.

Clean, bright, great location and plenty of comfortable outdoor space. Nice small pool with towels provided. Friendly staff.

Noise seems to travel a bit. I woke up hearing other guests talking loudly in the halls some nights. I wish I could have opened the window in my room for a bit of breeze (though the ac worked great).

The staff is awful. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They made a mistake in my booking and I had to leave two days early with no notice. They are completely disorganized. The food is really bad as well. My friend got food poisoning from lunch. Also the rooms were dirty. I found food on the floor, pubic hair in the shower and beard trimmings in the sink. This is not a good place for foreign travelers to stay. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you are coming from abroad.

The property was clean, nice locations, had good facilities such as a nice workout room, pool deck and pool bar. The staff was friendly and the wifi was very good. It also had many great places to sit, relax, read, etc.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it offered.
