We arrived and our bags were whisked up to our rooms by the night porter. Breakfast in the nicest courtyard in Oaxaca. Late checkout at 4pm was reasonable at 30 USD. Could not imagine a nicer quiet casa so close to the church of Santo Domingo.

the property is quite nice. its a small hotel but charming. the rooms are confortable, the staff very friendly specially at the restaurant. i really liked it.

the safe box in one of the rooms didn’t work. and would have been nice to have the opportunity of enjoy the terrace they have in the second floor but it was closed while our stay.

it has great location, one block away from Santo Domingo, the restaurant is really good and the hotel is really beautiful.

I couldn’t say something I did!’t like, everything was great! Well the tours, the girl charge me in cash because she told me she could charge in credit card and later my friends went to pay and they did pay with a credit card.

Hotel is located in a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from the central square. It has a good vibe, rooms ar clean and located around a central courtyard. Shower is very good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room (101) was located on the ground floor opposite the reception, quite noisy during the day and no privacy so needed to keep the curtains closed. We changed the 2nd night to a room at the 2nd floor, which was a lot better. Furthermore our confirmation on booking.com stated a room with balcony, but in fact none of the rooms in the hotel have a balcony! This is misleading and should be corrected at booking.com. Only a few of the staff members speak English, so upon arrival and departure we had to communicate using google translate.

The location was excellent. It is A small hotel, but there is 24-hour front desk and doorman. To me, as a solo traveler, this is important. The service provided by the staff was perfect. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, and every morning I got a quick delivery of café con leche to my door.

fantastic location right in the heart of the old centre of Oaxaca. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. The room was nicely done out.

unfortunately, during our stay there was ongoing building work next door to our room - there was constant drilling and hammering from 9am every day which made it difficult to rest in the room.

The hotel was great, just what we need it, easy and central. Beds were good and shower too.
