Loved the view of the beach from the huge windows. The rooftop pool was great and had a great view. The room was big and had a great shower. Nice to offer a laundry service too. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The windows needed a good clean loads of smudges and marks detracting from the great view. Breakfast didn't offer much for western tastes. Told that there was a bar on rooftop but not open or stocked. Pool had great views but tiles were falling off and needed attention.

The room could be cleaner - we had hair in bed and towels. Furniture could be updated. Also the bathroom is placed badly; shower and toiled had bad odor. We were looking forward to pool bar, but it wasn’t funcional and pool was in bad condition. The breakfast is focused more on vietnamese customers. Also the receptionists speak very little English so it’s very hard to communicate.

The location near the beach. Near the dragon bridge. The hotel staff tried really hard to make our stay comfortable but spoke very little English so most conversations were supported by google translate.

Due to COVID a lot was closed surrounding the hotel. The open concept washroom was not ideal for family members.

The room was a big size, very close to the beach. They provided a breakfast to the room as the buffet was closed. Lots of sunshine in the room.

The property was dirty with a brown stain dripping from the ceiling. The towels and sheets were dirty with brown stains. The pool is open but no deck chairs and the 11th floor is not set up or functioning.

Due to covid, breakfast was served in the room instead of having a buffet. But I did not mind, the beef noodle was very yummy and drink was good too. Location is super, I could see beautiful sunrise from my big window.

We booked a tour to Ba Na Hills via the tour company of the hotel, that cost 1,100,000VND each, they told us that we will have an English guide and that the group is traveling together. What really happened is that an old bus picked us up with a Vietnamese guide that told us that he will guide us at the park, but our group was mostly Vietnamese and Asian people, so the guide spoke only Vietnamese and mandarin, he just told us where to be and when so we will keep going with him as he held our tickets. Moreover the hotel told us we will be back at the hotel by 15:30-16:00, and we booked a massage for 17:00, eventually we left the park at 16:00, surprisingly 20 min away from the city the bus stoped at a tea store for them to buy some tea, 30 min waiting in the old bus with no AC because the driver also went out and turned off the engine. with crying babies and no air-condition it not the kind of a luxury tour that i recommend paying 2.2mVND for!! I would say that when we got back to the hotel and explained the situation to the reseptionist she was very kind and sorry for what happened, but the company wouldn't accept our complains and offered to give us a 100,000 VND discount.

Close to the beach. Quiet at night. Staff is very nice and helpful. It'd be perfect if the window was better cleaned. I mean it was a nice ocean view room but the window needs some cleaning.
