It was about 10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum, 20-30 mins walk to Trevi Foundation.They cleaned the room and gave us new towels everyday.

The bathroom was tiny. Aircon in our room was dripping every time we turned it on, quite annoying at night when we tried to sleep. No soundproof, you could hear ppl flushing toilet if they stayed in room next to yours. No lift, so if you travel with big luggages you will struggle carrying them upstairs. Old keys 🗝️ hard to open doors.

Location is very good because it is only around five minutes walk to Termini station, and only around 20 minutes walk to different sights and attractions of the city. The room was comfortable (especially the bed!) and the host was friendly.

It proved quite difficult to get in to the place/check in. This was because there was a rather inconspicuous entrance with many numbers and names of guesthouses on the door. We rang the bell for what we hoped was the correct one, but nobody let us in for quite a while. We later learnt that the phone was not working, but feel that in this case perhaps someone could have either told us in advance (and given clearer check in instructions), or greeted us at the door. This was however the only issue. Everything else was wonderful!

The place is nearby the Termini and Santa Maria Majore. With view to the park with green parrots. Was nice and clean. The truly treasure is Lilly. She was on the reception and help us with everything. Thank you so much Lilly, you are great! The Red line of the Metro didn't work, but we use busses and everything was ok. And the main places to visit are on walk distance too. The neighborhood seems dangerous but in fact we was calm and no one disturb us. The Carabinieri was everywhere. We succeed to visit everything that we planned and we'll be back!

The location was perfect, very close to Termini station and within walkable distance from the Trevi fountain and other locations. Lily the owner of the property was very welcoming and helpful in every aspect!

Great location for a good price, near lots of grocery stores and metro stations (except they were closed since we got there on their vacation days). Clean and large rooms, good toilets, good light blocking and accommodating host. There was an elevator so going up and down was easy.

The rooms are on the second floor inside a specific complex and there were lots of doors to go through. It was confusing and we weren’t sure how to get in at first so there should be a description for that. The wifi was spotty and only worked in the reception room for the last two days we were there. The beds were memory foam so it didn’t give much back support and felt uneven.

The host was really kind and approachable. The room was clean and we are very happy that the location is very near to all tourist attractions and that we were able to just walk everywhere easily.

Very close to Termini Train Station, which makes it very easy to get a night bus or train. Very fast check-in, nice and friendly staff.

It was near the station which is very handy. The room was spacious, the staff were all very friendly.

The room didn’t look like the pictures at all, it’s much older and not as modern as the pics show. There are LOTS of stairs and the elevator doesn’t stop at all floors for some reason. Difficult with large suitcases.

Sorry, I'm trying to find something positive, but unfortunately, there's nothing good i can say about my stay here.. It wasn't clean and can only describe shower head as growing something. Sheets did not feel clean. Slept (if you can call it sleeping) on top of sheets with towel over me as that was cleaner. Area didn't feel safe. Couldn't wait until morning to check out. Would definitely not recommend staying there.

Didn’t have wifi the whole time - was broken for 4 nights and didn’t seem like any urgency to have it fixed. Place smelt like cigarettes

Highly recommend Magic guest house. The location is very central with metro within 2 min from this lodging. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Coffee shops are just a corner away.

I liked that it's really near the train station, there is a side exit from the station which leads close to the guest house and minimize the walking required. There is also a lift leading up to the apartment which is great if you are carrying a lot of luggages.

The shower could not accommodate more than 3 people bathing consecutively. The fourth person had to wait for 30mins for the water heater to heat the water up. This seems to be common across Italy, perhaps due to the limited size of the water tank. The power short circuited while I was blowing dry my hair but lily came to fix the switch promptly.

The staff were lovely on arrival and very helpful. Lovely spacious room and bathroom.

Very thin doors, can be disturbed easily by others in the corridor. Also had no plug sockets next to the bed

the staff is insanely rude as soon as you get there, very patronising. the room was nice but upon further inspection it was really filthy, the sheets were dirty as well as the towels provided. at a certain point we really contemplated leaving and booking somewhere else. I would not recommend this property at all.
