Rooms were good and clean.

Whole hotel did not turn ON in room air conditioning. Upon asking they simply said ‘weather is good so no need a/c in shanghai’ That’s most pathetic cost saving attitude. The same is not mentioned in booking confirmation. It is upto client to decide what they want . Upon request for air conditioning they said sorry they can’t help and you can open windows if you are hot. The nearest metro Zhaoxiang station is not operational and you have to go by taxi everywhere. The same is not updated in hotel details.

Location is far from subway (metro) and other public transport

The staff were helpful and brought towels, toiletries and water when asked. Room size was spacious with comfortable bed and excellent shower. The gym facilities and equipment were well-maintained with enough variety. Location near outlet mall and international schools in Qingpu.

The swimming pool was being used for lessons throughout the afternoon and evening. The pool attendant was giving lessons and hotel desk clerk did not know anything about the swim lesson schedule. At 8:30 pm on Saturday, lessons were still going on. Since it is a small pool, it was too crowded for hotel guests to enjoy due to the private lessons. Sunday's breakfast was overbooked and food and utensils were scarce. The lounge area with xbox was connected to a broken TV, so it could not be used at all.

No options for halal food for Muslims, even though i had requested them. they were cooking eggs and pork in the same frying pan. kitchen staff does not english. they should atleast appoint one person to help foreigners.
