property is fantastic big bedrooms overlooking the loch. living space is large also with a living area with outside balcony and then there is the basement which houses the sauna and utilities no corners have been cut as crockery cutlery and glassware were of decent quality and plentiful so that appropriate use can be made of the dishwasher

Fantastic cottage. Fully equipped and incredibly comfortable and cosy. Wished we could have stayed longer. The walks for the dogs in the area were brilliant.

VIews from terrace and both living room and dining table were superb. Furniture already being covered in rugs ready for a dog who loves to sleep on sofas was a very welcome touch.

Tumble drier wasn't functioning so had to leave laundry to dry on the rack for a couple of days. White rocks marking the drive were too high and kept catching on bottom of car doors.

Heating and hot water didn’t work

Everything was fantastic- especially views through window. Inside the house we found everything was needed. Highly recommend.

The location : you are on a picture postcard loch side location. The area: St Fillans is a lovely little village . The terrace is great , the garden is well suited for dogs . The sauna is fab. The rooms are all spacious and have fab views. The kitchen is well equipped. Living areas are great. The whole place is surprisingly big. We had some of the best weather that Scotland had to offer. Even so, there’s tv, dvd, loads of board games , books etc. We didn’t touch any of them ! Great week , I hope we can return one day !

Personally I prefer a door on the en-suite bathroom . But it wasn’t an issue 😆

The location was amazing, love St Fillans. Lovely walks on the doorstep of the cottage. The sauna was an added bonus.

Obviously we are still in difficult times however the facilities in and around were not fully open or could not always accommodate a family of six with a dog. Hopefully through time this will improve.

Location to the loch was fantastic and the size of property gave the whole family space to relax and unwind. Great location for many dog walks. Sauna was a wonderful evening treat each day when kids were in bed. The whole family were sad to leave.

Steep garden got slippery, but the balcony was a great alternative for sitting out. Kitchen appliances (posher then we are used to) could be tricky to understand, although all worked when figured out!

The property is in a very good location, views were speculator, very satisfied with the property. Clean, spacious and well organised. Will definitely be back!
