The location is perfect and the staff, they are amazing and helpful

I stay only short time in Dalat, i wish i could stay longer.

This location is near Center so we can go easy to everywhere in Da Lat city. The staffs are nice and friendly. The price is reasonable. Next time we will come here again.

The Wifi is too weak. We connect to laptop have trouble.

I got welcome at 0:30 AM for check in by young man.

We had a great time - our room was comfortable and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

It is in a quiet part of town, which we personally really liked, but if you are looking for bars or nightlife it's probably a bit too quiet for you.

Cleanliness, 3-bed family room, parking

- Location. Those who are traveling by bus should consider staying here. My family took favorite bus as Phuong Trang, the drivers didn’t drop off/pick up right at the hotel door. They were not willing to do so because they didn’t want to drive into small alleys. We had to carry our luggages and walked to/from the hotel from/to the main street. Next time if I travel to Dalat with my family (with elders and children) and by bus, I won’t stay here. - Receptionist. There’s no receptionist at Dalat Eco 2, if you need anything, you have to contact the receptionist at Dalat Eco 1. - The hotel didn’t accept payment by credit/debit cards. Only cash or bank transfers were accepted.

Location is pretty ideal to get to anywhere. Hotel’s area is clean, newly developed.

I used the hotel’s laundry service and didnt check my clothes in details, later when I got home I discovered there are several stains of dark inks on my clothes. Super disappointed as the staffs just let it slide and gave back to me without saying a word. If the they notice me I wouldn’t even make a big deal as they’re already very nice and supportive.

Extremely helpful front desk who assisted us with day tours at a tricky time of year, Tet, when many tour operators close as do some of the attractions. The room had all we could want with daily servicing,  2 bottles of water provided every day. The staff arranged shuttles as well and the location is in a very interesting neighborhood close enough to the city for us to walk to sights.

Our room had annoying light coming into it during the night that we did not want. The window above the door let light from the hall into your eyes. When the hall light was off, fine,  but when someone turned it on again, they usually did not turn it off. There was also a side window that let light in from the stairwell. Both of these problems could be fixed with curtains. One night we returned around 11 PM to find shutters down and no bell to contact the front desk to let us in. There was no notice that the hotel would lock us out at a particular time otherwise we would have come back earlier. We are sorry we had to wake up someone at ECO 1 hotel to ring ECO 2 hotel to let us in.
