building places around, very noisy some features of the house were simply not useable (bathtub) or even missing completely (knifes for having breakfast) provided towels have been very old and not clean

the location was fine, not far from the beach. But it's on the small hill, quite tiring for old people. The host was very nice and friendly. The house was good for family with 2 big bedrooms of king bed and bunk bed.

There was misunderstanding during check-in, which could be from unclear condition or statement showed on Booking.com for the capacity or maximum of stay in each room type. And when we tried to call back to Booking.com, no one answered to help or give suggestion, our trip was still not ruined since the host was so calm and kind to us.

Everything was awesome. :) From 4 days, we extended our stay up until 1 week. Actually, we wanted to extend more. But since we heard the news that we have to leave the island due to pandemic lockdown, we left the island with no choice. So yeah, it pretty sums up that we enjoyed our stay in Blue Moon. We are surely satisfied with our experience. The owner/main staff/manager "PP" (not sure) was very friendly and accommodating. During our extension stay, he even gave us more discounts and better room. We'll surely come back! :)

We just noticed that the water pressure in all bathroom's showers are very low. It takes much time to take a bath, especially if you travel in a group like us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend for group from 5-6 guests.

It behinds the main street so a little bit hard to find. But you can ask the local. The local people are friendly too and they can speak English.

The location is good at fair price. It located not far from Saikaew beach. There are many interesting restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is kind and helpful. You can left your key at the counter when you go outside for swimming.

The room is not located next to the main road and may be hard to find so you should call or text the hotel for picking up.
