Cleaning, staffing, beds,

nothing was good about this place

cockroaches on the floor , dirty sheets , no towels , dirty apartment.

It has hot water, the last place I stayed did not. We booked despite all the terrible reviews because it was getting late and we were tired. Overall it wasn't the worst place we stayed in PR. There were many street dogs living there and no one told me not to feed them.

The areas were well lit, nice pool and bar area. There were bb hoop, volleyball net,pool table and other lawn games available.

I think the rooms look more like a motel, the decoration need more color and accesories and the closet need doors because when you enter you see everything... need some renovations.

I would rate the hotel as faded glory. It had a beautiful entrance, and the grounds kept up well. Our room was exceptionally spacious, but had no furniture. There is no view. It is backed by a rusted stadium. You can tell this was once a very nice resort and although they try, it certainly is passed its prime. The pool, however, was clean large, and we had it almost always to ourselves The, attendance staff was very friendly and helpful

It was fair value for the money. The bar and restaurant were not open as advertised. They are only opened on the weekends . Outdoor furniture was a little shabby.

The people working is very nice.

This hotel is not at all what the pictures say. No maintenance, the room they gave me stank of mold, broken bed and dirt. I changed rooms, the other room, the bathtub was clogged and dirty, mold on the lampshades, zero maintenance. They do not have access to the beach, to get to the beach you need to go by car, take the route and after 9 minutes you arrive at the beach. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel until they do some maintenance. Eliana

The restaurant wasn’t the best.

Pool was good.

The beds, and lack of signs to find the rooms.

The best part of the stay was the pool area, because it also had a volleyball and basketball courts and my daughter had a lot of fun, while we were relaxing on the beach chairs enjoying drinks. Also, the hotel is pet friendly and that was a big plus for us.

We didn't like that the bar/restaurant wasn't opened on Sunday's afternoon and Monday. Also, the room's TV wasn't functioning well.

The furniture didn’t have a nice appearance, no room service , the surroundings were dry not nice, there wasn’t anything to eat . no bar or music in the night

the appearance a lot of garbage and old aqui one t around. there was no type of activity, music or bar working un the evening. .surrounding were dry . Entrance not appealing looked dangerous . Riom service wasn’t there. Yiu have to ask for essentials.
