I requested to extend my stay until later to be able to enjoy the facilities and they told me that it could not be done, I requested the use of the pool even when I handed over the room and neither. I clarify that at all times I was willing to pay any difference that had to be paid.

Bed was very comfortable, pool area was inviting with great views , large parking facility, within driving distance to Ponce

I didn't like the was construction next to our room and we were still sleeping, that was annoying

the staff was very friendly, easy check-in, good location. the casino was a plus as there was not a lot to do in the area so we spent a lot of time there.

i was very surprised the hotel did not have someone to bring your bags up to your room. the restaurant food was very expensive and the floor in my room was not very clean.

The staff was great, very helpful and professional. Loved the pool and the view of it from the room. The breakfast was good and it's interesting to have a casino right there too.

It was all fine, just wish there were good beaches nearby.
