Really nice place, beautiful views, Owner so helpful and thorough. Explained everything with suggestions on which place to go to. Offers excursions.

Water shuts off from time to time leaving person in the shower with soap and shampoo. Without knowing when to get turned on. And I got the end of it.

The seaview, Netflix and airport pickup

1) Shower's pressure is low for both toilets in the apartment. When feedback to owner (Thomas), he said that there's nothing he could do cause water is shared by the whole building. So if you want to use water from 9pm onwards, water pressure is very low. 2) Shower water is either too hot or cold for the toilet in the bedroom no matter how we adjust the tap. The right temperature of the water does not remain constant (only constant for perhaps 1 minute and then turns cold). 3) No warm water on first 2 days for the toilet near the door. After owner has repaired and even changed the heater, the shower water is either too hot or cold just like the shower water of the toilet in the bedroom no matter how we adjust the tap. 4) When tap is turned on at kitchen or elsewhere, there is practically no water coming out from the shower head. So when one person is bathing, the rest of us cannot turn on any tap. 5) Do not provide shower soap or foam. 6) No blanket for the bunk bed. 7) The mattresses on the bunk bed are hard. 8) Very far from Cebu city and the beach is not nice. Although Roland and Thomas (the owners) responded to our complaints rather promptly, we felt our holiday ruin by shower water issues. Thomas offered us to use his home toilet if we still faced problems with shower water, we didn't take the offer since it was our last night at the apartment. Throughout the 3 days, we didn't shower properly. I had itch on my body. My daughter kept crying so I had to clean off the shampoo from her hair with towel instead of rinsing. Just terrible!

The place is actually spacious considering that we’re 8. The interior looks really nice! I really do appreciate the towels and the complete kitchen utensils.

Everything was wonderful except the faucet in the kitchen didn’t work and had to wash our dishes in one of the sink in the shower.

This place has a extraordinary view. Seaview on 14 floor is the best experience in Cebu. Host is very enthusiasm， you can easily find him and ask for help. The room has a small kitchen and some table wear. It is like a condo. it’s very nice

the water system in the bathroom might have some problem, water is unstably but call the host maybe he will try to fix it.

Roland had his staff pick us up from the airport and met us upon arrival. He personally took us us to our rooms, explained how to use everything, and showed us the amenities at the residence. The rooms were clean and spacious and the views were great! Roland and the staff were most helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.

Indeed the best apartment with the best view! We had an amazing stay here! Thanks to Roland for being a great host! Waking up with the amazing view of the sea as the sun rises in the morning is just perfect! Nothing beats family time and so family haven like this! Thank you, Roland! Host Roland always made sure we where ok and gave us useful information. This apartment is very practical for a family, modern and aircon in all rooms. A scooter was available for quick trips to the stores around the property. Host also helped to book a boat trip to nearby islands.

everything the unit is sparkling clean .unit is spacious for 4 people 2 BR warm water for shower large and warm swimming pool . Very pleasant and accommodating a host / owner Roland he come to the unit in person orientation of his facility and around the area our expectation was meet satisfied

The property was noteworthy! ❤️ I so loved the apartment, 💝😲🤗🥰very cozy, elegant and has artistic design. The interior was beautifully designed! My family had a real wonderful, relaxing time after not seeing each other for quite some time! I highly recommend this place 💯 and I commend Roland for being such a sweet and very generous owner. There is nothing that I could of!

The property is not transparent in the ads. False advertising and not accurate. The beach's access is through another property (Vistamar) wherein you have to pay at a "discounted rate" if you want to get in and gain access to the beach and to the 3 other pools. La Mirada owner does not accommodate beach access until 11am and onwards. If you have kids and would like to swim early in the morning or anytime before 11am at the beach and the 3 other pools, as they advertise, you have to pay for the full amount of that other "beachfront" property, which is Vistamar. To add, that other beachfront property (Vistamar) is not accommodating to guests from La Mirada. They are not polite and they do not have an onsite supervisor-on-duty. If you experience problems, they will only let you talk to somebody over the phone, who also cannot grasp the entire idea of the complaint. If you encounter glitches in your stay, they do not know how to handle relevant complaints, this will leave you dismayed and frustrated. Also, La Mirada doesn't have a lobby admin or personnel during weekends so nobody can assist you.
