Fantastic decorative style, particularly in the breakfast area. Superb buffet, beautiful architectural details everywhere. Attentive, and helpful staff. The spa and massage centre were truly luxurious. Great gym area.

隔音非常差，第一天早上四點就有喝醉的韓國人在走廊大聲說話。樓上的椅子拖拉聲、走路聲、掉下東西的聲音，隔壁房間說話聲都很明顯。第二天凌晨五點左右外面有員工在收盤子，也被吵醒。兩天都沒睡好 房間疑似有床蝨，第一個晚上睡到一半開始手肘養，以為過敏，隔天早上開始全身手腳和背部都是被咬的痕跡，但因為沒看到蟲，所以只能說疑似。 渡假村內的食物好吃，但是偏貴。

Pros: 1. The resort is beautifully designed with family-friendly amenities that cater to guests of all ages. 2. The food across all the resort's restaurants are consistently delicious. 3. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to assist. 4. The villa we stayed in was spacious and elegantly designed, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment. 5. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. 6. Availing the villa would give you a lot perks including unlimited free cocktails, drinks, and canapes in the afternoon.

1. The villa pool was not well-maintained, which led to an unfortunate incident where my stepson stepped on glass shards, resulting in a bleeding wound. Thankfully, the injury wasn’t severe, but this highlighted the need for the resort to thoroughly inspect facilities before new guests check-in. As a gesture, the resort refunded a night of our villa upgrade, though our relatives felt this was insufficient given the seriousness of the situation. While we chose not to escalate the issue, we sincerely hope Crimson Mactan Resort takes this as a learning opportunity to prevent similar incidents in the future. 2. One of the perks of staying in a villa is the option for express check-out in the room. I personally arranged for this service at 7:45 AM on August 13, and it was confirmed by the reception staff. However, by 8:00 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to follow up. It was only then that I was informed that express check-out wasn’t available after 10 AM. This lack of communication was disappointing and could have saved us time, as we waited unnecessarily. 3. I requested for the complimentary drink from Azure to be delivered to our villa, as it was stated on the card that this could be done via room service. However, I was initially told that the drink could only be picked up. After some back-and-forth with the staff, I stood my ground, and the drink was eventually delivered to our villa. The inconsistency between what was offered and what was provided was frustrating. 4. Their beach area was quite small.

レストランはどれも最高（とくに日本料理）。スタッフも皆さん親切。セブ島が雨でもホテル周辺はだいたい晴れているそう。セキュリティが高い。プールの泡パーティーが最高。

コンビニ的な買い物が出来ない。スタッフが少ない曜日がある。

Sehr freundliches Personal, extrem kundenorientiert. Besondere Anlage mit viel Platz. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück.

Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, hat den Erwartungen allerdings nicht entsprochen.

Honestly, all perfect! High level breakfast, pool, beach small but well being.

The water of the pool is too hot.

This was my third visit to the resort and I enjoyed this one the most. The staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble for them. Excellent breakfast and pool facilities. Dining options limited due to ongoing recovery from 2021 typhoon but both Enye and Azure Beach Club offer great food and service (shout out for Grace at Azure!). Two additional restaurants to reopen in April 2024 will complete the picture. No effort was spared for The New Year's Eve party and everyone had a wonderful time.
