The communication before we went was really good, and the check-in process was stress free. The location of the property was really close to most of the main attractions and was close to both metro and bus routes, with transport being excellent in Valencia. The apartment had most items you needed.

Due to the property being old style the insulation from noise and the weather was poor. The French doors let in the cold, and at times, the apartment was loud from cars and people outside. The light in the lounge did not work, so I was using a lamp, and the shower holder was broke, I saw that someone also reported this in May last year. The flat was cold and we could only find one heater for the whole apartment.But overall, due to the great location, the apartment was suitable for our stay in the beautiful city of valencia.

The location was good, the public transport was near, and the neighborhood is quiet and nice with lots of bars around and a local market near the place. The apartment is fully equipped, which is good because you need the cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and the toilette.

We were shocked by the dirty bathroom and one bedroom. It looked like nobody cleaned it after the previous guests. The toilette was dirty, and the sink and the floor were full of hairs. I sent a message with photos to the host, he said it was the cleaning service's fault, apologized and ignored our request to send somebody to clean it. So we cleaned the bathroom by ourselves. When we checked out, I asked the host to send me an invoice, which he said he would, but after I sent him all required information he needed, he just stopped answering my messages.

The location was fantastic.The apartment was very clean and welcoming .

Very attentive host, messaged us before we arrived with instructions on how to check in and because we had a late flight back, let us stay a little longer. The location is amazing, easy to get anywhere. Very spacious apartment and it had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for hosting us :)

The house was very well equiped! the kitchen had all the tools we needed, and he living room was comfortable

One of the rooms didn’t have a window. In the other 2 rooms the windows were not well isolated and you could hear practically everything from the street.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is absolutely superb, 15 to 20 minutes' walking distance from any tourist attraction in Central Valencia, and the apartment itself was literally equipped with anything you could possibly need to feel at home, from heating to shampoo and from ketchup to slippers. The cooking and dining facilities were great too! Last but not least, the hosts were more than helpful and welcoming!
