Very spacious , modern and great location for both the old town and the modern art and science areas . Great little restaurants near by and large supermarket . Would definitely recommend .
Only issue was getting in on arrival - working out which key did what as video provided needs updating . But means very secure which is good !!

Mooi luxe appartement op 3e verdieping, van alle gemakken voorzien! Ook een lift is aanwezig! Grote Supermarkt op 50 mtr met vers brood! Gezellige eettentjes en terrasjes voor de deur!

The location was amazing. The apartment size was perfect for a family of 4. Amenities were great also.
Bathroom doors were not functioning properly. They got jammed regularly (both sliding doors got stuck each time and no handle to pull them open).

Location is fab, super quiet but only a 5-10 min walk from lots of lovely bars and restaurants, 2 min walk from the tram too. Apartment was beautifully clean and so stylish, air con was DREAMY and it felt very safe. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and professional, all in all a great experience would recommend!

From moment of arrival until leaving the staff particularly Miguel were attentive and v e y professional .They couldn't fay have done more to make ous stay perfect.brilliant location .walking distance to everywhere.15 mins to airport. By taxi. On arrival but we took metro back to airport when leaving.so easy.Fllorit flat beautiful .very taste fully done. Quiet area and we felt very safe. I could not recommend more highly..
Valencia beautiful city with so much to see .Great restaurants .very reasonable prices. Unfortunately we did not have time to see the coast..but next time.

Wonderful stay at this exceptionally spacious, comfortable, elegant, high spec apartment. Great beds and linen. Well equipped kitchen. Lift access. Super convenient location except it has a school playground to the back of the property but keeping the shutters and doors closed did a good job of blocking the morning noise, in what was otherwise a quiet location.
No dressing mirror or mirror suitable for applying make-up.
WiFi doesn't reliably reach the bedrooms.
Early, loud noise from the school playground at the back of the apartment.
No thermostats on the showers so they can alter to very cold or hot during use.

Perfect location within easy walking distance to Valencia's highlights. Great rapport with the management team, very reliable, met us at the door, communicated throughout. Lovely apartment with elevator, made it easy with the luggage. Nicely appointed and updated, comfy beds, super clean. Modern kitchen & bath, multiple balconies, quiet, light & bright.
Frying pans should be induction stove ready.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We only stayed 3 nights but the house is well equipped for longer stays either. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the metro station and the city center.

Apartment is perfecly renovated and has a great level of comfort and feel. Nice interior design, good beds, newly bathrooms.

Excellent location. Beautifully updated apartment. Washer and dryer available in the unit. Cool air conditioning. Two balconies. Bathtub. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, with super comfortable beds. Nice kitchen for cooking. Living room with smart TV. Super fast WLAN. On 3rd floor with a lift. Very comfortable living area. Miguel (host) was excellent and helpful.
TV remote was missing so we had to operate the TV with a button on the back of it that was difficult. The kitchen is fancy and nice for cooking but there are no instructions for operating the stove - the coffee maker didn’t work either. Would have appreciated a Nespresso system!!! Also the knives are super dull and there is no proper cutting board. My advice would be to invest in some nice kitchen equipment:)
