every was horrible felt like I was in a nightmare at our arrival we received rude attitude for everything ( receipts guy name Eslam ) he signed at us a few times did not have any patients even for the simplest of things if anything is a little bit unclear they will curse at you in Arabic they do not know English. the rooms are even worst not clean at all the sheets are thin as paper and the blankets they provided were dirty and dusty we want to changed them and we need to fight with them. we were two people and they only gave us one key card and when I ask for another one they refused and wanted to charge us 5$ for it just pay 15$ more and get a way better hotel stay away from this place everything was bad couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel.

If you can believe it the shower cabin literary fell apart and crashed when I wanted to open it (it wasn’t fitted properly) and I was asked to pay for the repair because I didn’t have the witness that I didn’t damage it intentionally(!!!) The stress from the whole situation (initial shocks of the incident; thankfully I wasn’t hurt much from the broken glass ) and how it took three days for the manager to finally meet me just to ask me to cover the damage that I didn’t do - completely ruin my holidays. I managed to negotiate covering half of the cost of damage because I told them that they can’t prove I did the damage and they can’t prove it was fitted properly - but the aftertaste… never again. I should not be charged for this at all. It’s really shocking. I lived in hotels for 7 years due to work and never had a situation like this in my entire life. Just imagine - you touch something, it falls apart and you are blamed for damage. The hotel is old, needs refurb and safety checks; things like curtains/fridge are dirty, I had to pay extra for having a kettle in the room… Restaurant: they have no idea about allergens; breakfasts: most of food is with milk; selection of basic vegetables and few fruits - I wasn’t impressed to be honest - literary no traditional Egyptian food

Staff was very unhelpful, and to make matters worse, asked for exorbitant tips despite not having done anything. They couldn't do basic things like print out a receipt. No wifi in rooms, only in the lobby but that wifi didn't even work. The hotel was very empty. Breakfast still had Covid rules so you had to ask for food service at the buffet. Food was sub-par. No toiletries in room. Fridge didn't work. Safe didn't work. Pool was very cold. This place has seen better days.
