Central location and great place for two couples

Fabulous apartment and location, clean and secure, very comfy beds.

The apartment is located right in the city center, having a spectacular view towards the Cathedral. It is very nicely decorated and has everything you may need. The host was very helpful and attentive, giving advices for places to try during our stay. The instructions to arrive and enter the apartment were very clear and given in advance.

It is not easy to imagine how the apartment is structured. We thought there are only two floors, but in fact there are more stairs to climb than what we imagined. It was not a big deal, but some additional photos could help. A little more attention to cleaning is needed, there were some spots where dust was present.

This was a beautifully furnished and spacious apartment that is the perfect combination of old and new, a fantastic location, very comfortable. Chantal was the most kind and helpful host.

Superb accommodation centrally located with all sights easily walkable. The apartment is beautiful and well designed for up to four people. Useful information was provided for local restaurants. Arrangements for access were very good via Chantal and we would certainly return in the future. If driving, like we were, the nearest car park (Parking Parcus Gutenberg) is expensive as it is so central but a ten minute walk to Parking des Bateliers provides underground parking at a much cheaper rate.

The apartment location in Strasbourg couldn't have been better. We marveled at how quiet the apartment was to sleep in the center of a busy city. The apartment is lovely decorated. Newly updated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It has lovely windows with a view of the cathedral and the street life below. We ate at a superb restaurant that served both German and French cuisine just a few steps from this apartment and it was outstanding both in service and taste. We highly recommend to do a boat tour around the city which can be accessed easily from this location. There is a jewelry store at the lowest level of the property with friendly and helpful staff. I encourage a visitor to support this local business! The host was gracious and assisted with helpful tips, travel recommendations and concern for our stay. A+ experience

There is nothing to improve, beyond possibly installing a LED light strip or comparable glow-in-the dark strip to mark where the floor changes are to make navigating in the night easier or to prevent a guest fall. This is just a helpful suggestion for a historic building.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean & spacious with everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms had air-conditioning which was extremely welcome. Communication from the host was excellent - very fast to reply & extremely helpful & friendly. An excellent location right by the cathedral. Would definitely like to return.

Really nothing negative to say at all. The stairs would be an issue for anyone with limited mobility, but that is explained in the details & wasn't a problem for us at all - we loved it!

location is AMAZING right on the city centre! the apartment is stunning, clean comfortable and beautiful. it was on the third floor.

A beautiful fantastic apartment in the very center of Strasbourg, owned by a very accommodating, flexible and gentle owner. We stayed in the "Nid de Cigogne" and what we liked, beside the perfect equipment and comfort of the apartment for the 3 of us, is the very well thought design, decoration and style. That somehow makes you travel a bit back in time and it fits particularly well the historical center of the city. A special mention for the kitchen, very spacious and well equipped. Chantal beside will do everything she can to make your stay pleasant, even if communication remained virtual in our case, you can even leave your bags in the laundry room after check-out in case your train or flight is late in the day. So once there, you re in the perfect mood to go and visit the town!

We did appreciate everything, but there is a need to mention that there is no lift and the staircase are steep. It was not an issue for us and I have seen Chantal is mentioning it for guest to warn them. particularly when families are coming with young kids.

The location is great. It was wonderful to see the cathedral at your door step. Very close a lot of cafes and shops. Large and designer stylish apartment. The kitchen was huge and very comfortable. Enough space for a large family. You can come with a dog. Landlady Chantal is very nice and always ready to help.

We lived on the fourth floor and it was a real challenge to lift our luggage for four people up the spiral staircases. Parking nearby costs 46 euros per day. Unfortunately there was no washing machine and no iron as well.

Very central location, near the Cathedral, a nice apartment with original features, a paid parking is available in 7 min by foot; spacious beds, easy check-in and check-out, we liked our stay.

Nice, modern furniture and well equipped. It is only a one minute walk to the cathedral and you’ll have shops and cafes all around the place. The beds are comfortable and the owners are extraordinary friendly.
