room not prepared. no towels, no shower gel, tea cups dirty. unfriendly staff (english accent with a mustache) when i asked to extend the check out by half an hour only

The room was very spacious. The 1980s decor was nostalgic.

The shower had a very slow running drain, so it overflowed in 3 minutes. There were also stains all over the carpets. For a 4-star hotel, an in-room coffee machine would have been nice, and a bit of dusting would have made the room feel more fresh.

wifi wasnt very good in the room. The door to the courtyard is a bit annoying to open.

Although the presentation is perfect, in my opinion the place is not maintained up to the standard - the balcony chairs were dusty, no coffee in the room, the wc was leaking when we arrived - a problem known to the reception, but I was rudely told how to handle it myself, an issue, which in a "nice place" should never be left for the next customers to notice, especially with the posts for being environmentally conscious... Very noisy in the early morning - it sounded like all kinds of trucks were delivering something on that day. So the bed was comfy, still a walkable distance from the center, but the overall feeling for me is disappointing.

The location is great, very close to the European Parliament and just across the Parc de l'Orangerie. The rooms were spacious and clea, breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. One of the rooms on the fifth floor had a very nice view over the cathedral and spacious terrace.

We booked the superior suites to be able to use the sofa bed and unfortunately the latter vas very uncomfortable, espescially for two people. I would reccommend it for children or single use.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, ovelooking Parc de l'Orangerie. The staff was quite friendly, decent breakfast (but no vegetables or fruit), big room with a little kitchen (some tea bags but no coffee), nice balcony although the door to the balcony was quite a challenge to open.

This is not a bad hotel but definitely not a four-star one. The rooms are large but a bit shabby (furniture, carpet, kitchen facilities) and in need of modernisation. The wifi is also weak.

Very convenient location. 24hrs reception desk. Very well heated room and even bathroom (10/2022).

Outdated furniture, smelly carpet. Room cleaning only upon request, not daily. Uncomfy bed. Booked and paid for queen bed, but they just pushed two twins together. Absolutely overpriced 180EUR/night/1 person/1 room without breakfast.
