Great location with access to lots of restaurants. Receptionists were kind and helpful.

I was surprised to find out that it was a basement (bed and bathroom) to ground floor (kitchen) duplex apartment. Staircase was slippery, and one needs to pay extra attention when climbing down. There was just one window in the kitchen facing the garbage bins. And, the entrance stunk with two large garbage bins inside the building.

The location is great a few minutes walk from most things, we took the tram into the city centre in a few minutes, there are some lovely views of the river just a few minutes away. The décor is very cool and nicely done. Beforehand I thought the sauna was a bit odd, but the kids loved it and it was nice after a run. We arrived by car and the car park is about 4 minutes walk away.

We felt a little rushed out at check out time.

Just about everything! The location was awesome, 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. the apartment is beautifully designed, beds were comfy. also, by this leg of our journey we were a bit homesick, so being able to watch Netflix in English in the TV was an added bonus :) my 12 year old daughter said it is everything she would want in an apartment when she grows up :).

the downstairs bedroom didn’t have great airflow so it got pretty hot ( and humid with use of the shower) Adding an extra fan downstairs would be awesome.

Perfect location for a citytrip. Close to all interesting spots. easy acces organized with keybox. Sauna inside the bedroom is perfect if you have toddlers and need to watch them sleeping

shower in the bathroom did not work properly as the hose was not fixed at all. had to ask my husband to connect waterhose by hand to have a little shower after sauna. not a nice experience

great location and facilities

Location was great!! Very close to parking facility. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was recently upgraded in apartment.... excellent!! And by the way.....I have never taken the time to review anything in my life... I'm lazy!!! This place and the host were great. Host communication skills were exceptional. If I'm blessed enough to be able to go back to Strasbourg area....this is where I want to stay.

Nothing negative other than I had to go elsewhere to complete my vacation in France.

Location was fantastic. We were able to see the whole city and do everything on foot. Close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet side street. very close to the Catherdral square.

there were issues with the plumbing in the building during our stay so dirty water was coming out of the shower drain and water leaked into the room and into our dogs bed. a cleaner came for the shower but the issue remained and made it difficult to use the shower

Great location. Large apartment and great to get some separation between upstairs and downstairs. Management was super friendly and was easy to reach. We had a slight issue with the wifi which we were able to settle and they sent over a bottle of beer to apologize.

The apartment is super dark: the only window that can be opened (and it was broken and couldn't really be locked) overlooks a courtyard area of the adjoining bar/pub which means you have the trash right in front of your window and the employees go out there to smoke and can basically see inside the apartment. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom feel really damp and because there are no windows, it felt suffocating. The bathroom also needs a refresh. The apartment was clean, however, it urgently needs a new couch (including mattress)- both were really stained. I will add that my family liked the apartment a lot but I couldn't get past the issues discussed. No air, no light and the dampness was just too much for me.

We’ve been upgraded to a luxury apparent located at the heart of the city at “place Gutenberg” The upgrade has been the cleanest place I’ve ever rented. Cosiness and tidiness are exceptional.

Everything. Cosy, clean, beautiful, everything was there, very friendly check-in and luggage storage, comfortable bed, big bathroom, good location. Would stay again anytime!

The location is great !

The property is situated at the first floor and the basement. So it was but humidity. Some bed linens had some smell ... :(
