O quarto era enfrente ao Monte Fuji, seria maravilhoso, mas só choveu e não vimos nada.

Achei meio difícil a locomoção dos quartos.

食事がとても美味しかった。駐車場が地下にあり、雪だったが濡れずに荷物をゆっくり下ろしてフロントに行けたのが助かった。ファミリールームが広くてリラックスできた。

Perfect view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel with free drinks. Huge size of rooms. Staff very accomodating. Onsen is top notch! With free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station and tourists spot.

A bit dated. A bit of renovation to freshen up would be nice. Free shuttle only between 10am to 3pm. Have to rush going back otherwise have to look for taxi which can be challenging.

Love the beautiful view of Mt Fuji from my room and tge access to our own private onsen. The proximity to the Gotemba outlet mall was another plus

山の中にあり、近場にコンビニを見つけられませんでした 売店が夜は閉まってしまうため必要なものは買っていかなければいけないです

富士山が見えて綺麗でした。 清潔で広くてよかったです。 大浴場がよかったです。サウナもついてました。

トイレとお風呂が近いです。 でも大浴場があるのでそこまで問題ないです。 値段の割に部屋の装飾が特になかったです。 あればともう少し旅行気分が味わえた気がします。

- Great hotel, good-sized room, comfortable bedding - nice view of Fuji mountain - near town and outlet - friendly staff, and they even help me with a booking of Izakaya restaurant in town - free parking

- Need a car to get around, quite far from the town and train station

We love the onsen in the hotel. But quite hateful as many tourists came in with their mobile phone and tried to take photos during onsen. Very intruding and hotel have no ways of checking. Love the Mount Fuji view from our room.

Lack of manpower and not attentive like before. This was our 3rd time staying here and back then in 2018 and 2019, several years ago, service was amazing. Maybe they have a serious lack of manpower.

Great view! Baby stuff like diaper pail and bath tub was provided. Onsen was really great!!

Although comfortable, toilet ilet is old model but matching tatamiroom.

There is no futon arrangement service It was totally out of our expectation as all the hotel we went , hotel will place & prepare the futon in the room before we arrive , but it was so strange that there was not such kind of service here ! When I asked the staff , they said they didn’t provide such kind of service !

Beautiful hotel and views of mount fuji. Very friendly staff and facilities. only stayed for one night but it was great overall.

The view of Mt. Fuji from this hotel is unbeatable. You do have to wake up early in order to see Mt. Fuji (by 7:00am, the cloud moves in to cover the mountain). You can see the full glory of Mt. Fuji with its villages underneath and a big blue sky in the background. The outdoor onsen was fantastic. You'll be able to see Mt. Fuji while you soak in an onsen tub outside. There is a racing car simulation in the basement. (kinda like a really fancy video game) Though expensive, my boys had a grand time playing.

The dinner was tasty but the service was bad. The inside had a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway because there was a designated smoking room on the floor I stayed. (Inside of the room was ok) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is no convenient store nearby (unless you go all the way to the train station).

富士山側のお部屋だったので、ロケーションが最高です。フロントスタッフの方々も親切丁寧で心がこもっていると感じました。朝食もとても美味しかったですし、お風呂も富士山を見ながらの露天風呂があり、感動でした。

Great hotel in Gotemba, although you need a car to go around as it's not near the center, which was not a problem for us. Big, clean and comfortable room.

We liked pretty much everything! The hotel is in a very futuristic building which looks like that it is straight from a James Bond movie. Staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room, which was an interesting experience. The room was super clean and everything we needed was there. In the late evening we visited the Onsen. Men and women are separated! I took our three daughters, which was something they have never experienced before. There we several other mothers with their daughters, so they didn’t feel uncomfortable. I can only recommend going to the onsen. It is also very, very clean and other guest were very helpful, because we felt kind of lost in the beginning! The next morning we had an exceptional breakfast! I can recommend the soy milk/peach fruit drink very much! It was super delicious, even though it sounded not something I would have usually tried, but the waiter recommended it to me. After breakfast we walked into their yard and saw a lot of different little insects. From circadas, which are in the areas we stayed so far are pretty much everywhere, to a little salamander, which had a shiny blue metallic tail. If I ever come back to Japan, I would love to stay at the Rembrandt Premium Gotemba hotel again! Thank you for such a great stay!

I personally enjoyed the experience of a traditional room, but would go with regular room (real beds, not futons) next time. But it was still worth the experience!

Being out of town, the location had limited public transport and food, so you have to plan ahead if you do not have your own transport

Room is ok, but need to do the turn down by ourself given that we stay at Japanese style room. We stayed in other Japanese style hotel room, most of the hotel will provide the turn down service. , WiFi a bit slow, can't work at this hotel given the speed of the WiFi.

The view is amazing! The balcony was really good to sit out and have a wine/coffee. The staff were really nice. The washing machine/dryer was good to have. It's a lovely boutique type hotel. Not so many rooms so a nice quite hotel.

Room was small but that's normal for Japan. t is a bit out of town so a $20 taxi into town or the local bus. Breakfast was too fancy with no choice, you get what you get which did not work for my kids but it was lovely.
