My experience with Jane and Ping was exceptional! The Unit was quiet, Cosy, centrally located in beautiful Point Loma. Approximately 2 miles from the Airport. The Unit was well appointed and comfortable. Most important to me was the availability of air conditioning, due to a chronic breathing condition I have. Very comfy bed and complete kitchen. Their Property is stunning with beautiful plants, fruit trees and container gardens.Jane and Ping were very gracious Hosts and always available for any needs. I look forward to my next visit to San Diego - and will absolutely stay with Jane and Ping again!

Jane is an excellent, responsive and thoughtful host with a supremely clean and comfortable guest house. The house is absolutely spotless and includes everything you need for a comfortable quiet stay. Jane has clearly taken the time to make sure the house is well-equipped and that every guest is comfortable and happy. Her garden is also peaceful with many lovely fruit trees and vegetables, and there is a table there to relax. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely come back next time we are in San Diego! A+

The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. Very easy walk to Point Loma sportfishing. There’s also a nice supermarket within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again.

From the moment we arrived we had an incredible stay at Jane’s Place in Point Loma!
The Point Loma neighborhood is a real gem. We loved being close to Fisherman’s Landing, charming cafes, and downtown. Plus, the airport is less than a 10-minute drive!
Comfortable Bedding The queen-sized beds were very comfortable helping us enjoy great sleeps during our stay.
Quiet and Safe Neighborhood Tucked away on a peaceful dead-end street, this high-end neighborhood provided a serene retreat with no traffic noise. We felt completely at ease during our stay.
Thoughtful Amenities The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze however counter space is pretty small. Washer and dryer are in an outdoor alcove and are easily accessible. Also, the unit offered rapid cooling air conditioning in both the main room and bedroom.
Clean and well maintained The unit was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the attention to
cleanliness.
We’ll definitely be back when travelling in the San Diego area.

I stayed for a few days with son. Loved it! Jane is a sweetheart. Her garden has everything growing on it. Nice quiet neighborhood & peaceful backyard. Beautiful view! Comfortable two room stay! Nice Mexican place two blocks away in the parking area of the post office. Lot of places all around to eat in. Went June 2024 (they call it June gloom because clouds and Sun throughout) & the weather wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay again! God bless your home. Thanks for everything.

This unit feels like a home. Spacious, well decorated, full kitchen, huge walk-in closet, just lovely all around. Jane, the host was also lovely. She promptly responded to questions, made check in easy and made sure that I had everything I needed. She accommodated a couple changes in my dates and responded to multiple questions promptly.
There are multiple restaurants a couple of blocks away and the neighborhood feels very safe. There is airport noise during the day, but it didn't disturb my sleep, so I suspect that they don't fly late at night.

So my 21 year old and her two friends stayed there and said it was very nice and clean. They said that it was in a great location and that it was accommodating. The only thing my daughter suggested was that maybe place a chair in the bedroom since the only furniture in there to sit on is a bed. Other than that, no other suggestions!! Great place!!

We had a great time on our trip! Jane was very friendly and always helpful with suggestions for dinner and she supplied the room with many maps and other pamphlets of things to do. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and a great big walk in closet to hang all our clothes! If I have the opportunity to go back to San Diego, I will definitely stay there again! James place is nice and tucked away in a residential neighborhood in OB. Still, you can walk to the water where there are places to get fish, a local bar, and a few other eateries. You’re less than a 15min Uber to downtown. Jane is very responsive and is extremely accommodating, as well as respect of you as a guest. Great stay.

VERY clean and nice furnishings. Would suggest adding a short step stool, cupboards and microwave TOO high for short people (5' 2"). TV was useless-NO local channels. Temp control GOOD. Slant of parking and walkways was definite challenge.

My husband and I came in for Marine Corps graduation. It was perfect. We got in a little early to get the car. That we rented through TURO from Jane so we walked down the street for a bite to eat. Everything is very close and it took us 10 minutes to get to MCRD at 630 am for the festivities.
Jane was very responsive as was Michelle her daughter when necessary. Would absolutely stay again!!

Perfect Spot
We wanted a place in san Diego that was close to major attractions and easy to drive from. Jane’s house was perfect, as well as immaculate. She thought of all the extra amenities and was very gracious and helpful in all our communications. I would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to visit the area.

Peace and Tranquility in the city
Fabulous location with great views of SD city skyline. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the waterfront. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with available street parking. Check in/outwas very easy. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Most importantly, the AC worked great! We were in town for a wedding and had a better stay then family who were at the Kona Kai resort.

Couldn’t be better
Jane was so nice and responded immediately to all communications. The property was so clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. You can walk to the bay and it’s a short drive to sunset cliffs. There are many shops and restaurants close by. Parking on the street was easy. Just rather steep, but it was a dead end, so quiet. I loved all the plants, the unique blinds and doors. The water filter pitcher in the fridge was really appreciated as well as high quality coffee maker. Quiet with everything you need for a great stay.

Cozy and Comfortable
The guest house is very cozy and comfortable. It was clean, well equipped, and the location is perfect! It is very close to all the major attractions in San Diego. it is located in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood. Jane is very sweet and welcoming, and communicated all the important information in a timely matter. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again on my next visit to San Diego.
