La ubicación es muy comoda para ir a pie al centro historico de Carcasona. El apartamento tiene lo suficiente espacio para pasar una estancia con niños. Appartement bien équipé , très pratique pour une pause à Carcassonne. La place de parking privée au pied de l'immeuble est un vrai plus . appartement spacieux , agréable et bien équipé. Procédure d'arrivée départ très pratique, à toute heure .

Easy access to parking and to the apartment. Just follow the instructions. What we did was first park the car, then walk to the opposite side of the property to collect the apartment keys. The key to open the parking access door from inside the building is included. The apartment is big and clean and it makes you feel like home. You basically have everything you need: fridge, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cable TV, a big balcony, a bathroom with bathtub/shower. It is conveniently located near the medieval city, maybe a 15 - 20 minute walk. Thea area was quiet at night, we had a good night sleep.

The towels were clean, but they smelt bad. No air conditioning. The toilet is in a separate "room" with no ventilation. No comment.

The host was very helpful. Instructions how to get into apartment were precise. A lot of space, big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Comfortable, clean, good beds for resting. Parking lot under the roof, easy access to the stairway through the back door.

Can't remember anything worth to mention... Just as information - building has no lift, apartment is in the second floor.

Location was very good for accessing both new and old town. Good value compared to other places in a similar area. Private parking is such a convenience, especially if you have a hire car!

The towels and bedding were quite old and thin, the bed is also just a standard double and very hard. No hand soap in the toilet!

We spent just one night. My family was sorry about that. Because this accommodation is comfortable for us. Especially, my teens’ daughters liked here. I felt like I was at home. Specifically, cozy interior, spacious space, warm heating, kitchenware, cleanliness, good Wi-Fi, parking lot, friendly host's response…

There's no elevator here. But we didn't care much.

Perfect location to the old town easy 10 minute walk and convenient safe parking. Apartment spacious, clean with everything you need. Easy access and good communication from host. Would definitely use again.
