Lage Lage! Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gehört zu den begehrten Häusern am Strand von Rio Del Mar auf der "Insel". Sie können von Ihrer Glasschiebetür im Wohnzimmer auf den Sand gehen, Ihren Kaffee vom Oberdeck aus genießen, während Sie auf das Meer blicken, und beim Einschlafen dem Rauschen des Ozeans lauschen. Die erste Etage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschküche, ein Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Kamin und großem Fenster mit Blick auf den Ozean. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das andere Badezimmer und drei Schlafzimmer mit einer Terrasse.
Rio del Mar Beach: Beobachten Sie die Delfine und Robben, die während der Strandspaziergänge auf und ab schwimmen. Bringen Sie Ihr Fernglas mit, um Wale zu beobachten! Weitere Aktivitäten sind Boogie-Boarding, Surfen, Schwimmen, Muscheln und Sandburgen bauen. Es ist der perfekte Spielplatz für alle!

Just as described. Access to the beach was perfect; weather this time of year was overcast but not cold. Beach house was comfortable for my husband and I. The place was stocked with great appliances and nice kitchenware and we enjoyed the instant fireplace warmup when needed. Definitely a spot to return to every anniversary!

This house couldn't be in a better location...right on the beach, and we could still walk for coffee, lunch, or dinner. Kids each got their own rooms. Great for a relaxing beach trip!

Fabulous location right on Rio Del Mar Beach in Aptos. Comfortable and convenient home with pretty balcony for enjoying the ocean views. Lots of neighbors walking back and forth along the patio but it wasn’t too disruptive. Loved this place!

Was good except the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The property manager fixed the problem but we were disappointed when we arrived and had to wait for the place to be cleaned

Right on the beach, with the sounds od surf at night. Close to neighbors, so fair amount of foot traffic around house and on beach, but nothing to interfere with our enjoyment.

Had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront home in Aptos. Highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway in the Santa Cruz area. Clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside BBQ and walking up and down the beach. Quiet and safe.

This house was just perfect. It was very clean, beds are very comfortable, the property manager was super helpful and responsive. The view is very special - right on the sand. 3 nice size bedrooms and 2 that look out over the ocean. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

What a pleasure to arrive and find this rental property fully functioning... no faulty outlets, no signs of overabuse from excessive parties. It was pristeen. So charming, you have a locked gate walkway which adds security to the beach. You walk out the back and there's a charming strand walkway with joggers, dog walkers, etc., as you sit at the patio table and say hi as they pass. Eerie and awesome view of a 90 year old shipwreck that has a wonderful history... the SS Palo Alto. Bedrooms upstairs have a balcony with chairs to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf. We enjoyed watching pods of dolphins right off the shoreline as well as an abundance of seabirds and even a seal this is a must do getaway to decompress and get back to nature!

We really enjoyed this house which is right on the beach. We loved falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves. The house had everything we needed to grill fresh fish and enjoy eating out on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. It was a nice touch to have coffee filters, salt and pepper and basic spices. It has a washer/dryer which we didn't use. It was nice to have the fireplace for the chilly evenings, too. We hope to return.

Awesome Ocean Views!
Our family loved having a place with only a few steps to the beach. Inside or out the views where fabulous! We appreciated having paper products provided and two TV’s. We would have preferred a gas grill over charcoal but we made it work. Thanks for a great week at beach!

Great Beach House
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is right on the beach and has great views from inside and out side the house. We now refer to it as The Beach House and hope to stay there again.

We loved the location and the view was fantastic! So nice with little grandkids to be right on the beach and the bedrooms and beds were all comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great too! Had a little trouble getting into the lock box, as we were provided a bad code - but once we were able to get ahold of someone it was all fixed.

Sunrise, Sunset and Dolphins!
Morning colors were beautiful and sunsets even better to the west. We saw dolphins swimming offshore from both levels of the home each morning as we listened to the waves! LOCATION amazing! Everything we needed on both levels inside the home. Beds comfortable and plenty of necessities included throughout the home. Clean and comfy for hours of visiting for three generations. Thank you!

Amazing location
We loved the proximity of steps to the beach. Nice table and chairs outside to enjoy the views. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a shower so that was helpful with a group. The bedrooms are not large but adequate. The beds are very comfortable. A perfect location for enjoying the beach.
