The location is a bit noisy and busy in the daytime, particularly during weekdays. But nothing unbearable.

Excellent value for money and incredibly kind staff. We had a wonderful stay here for one night prior to a safari. The rooms and the facilities were exactly what we needed and provided excellent value for money for the purpose.

The apartment is very clean and tidy, located in the vibrant town centre, and good value for money alongside friendly and helpful staff.

The range hood in the kitchen is not working. The soundproof of windows could be improved to reduce disturbance caused by street noise.

The apartment was comfortable and the staff very accommodating and responsive. Cleanliness was also top notch!

The parking facility opposite is very inconvenient. There are alot of people at the entrance area which makes it very inconvenient when with family and children. The area is absolutely packed with wholesale shops which results in herrandous traffic.

wish they cleant everyday. we had to request for cleaning after 3 days. also there was a lot of noise (late night/early morning) as it was close to the bus station and market area.

it’s in a good location but I arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight so not able to get any supplies. There was no water for drinking which was disappointing. I had to leave early in the morning for a safari and there were no staff at reception so it’s difficult to pay when that happens.

I love kibo place apartments very much this is my second time staying there and for sure I will book again. The apartment is wonderful it has everything in it, very clean, great location and nice staff.

The apartment is great. Loved staying there. I visited a lot of hotels and places in Arusha, because I stayed there for 3 months, and Kibo is very good value for the money.

Theres a lot of noise coming from the bus station.

there was not breakfast at the location but i was satisfy I enjoyed the people the staff was very nice also the door man helped us so much and he helped us carry our bags! very nice staff i gave them 100/100 for sure and they always smiled!

We gave the house cleaner money and she went and bought us laundry detergent since it’s not supplied.

I had previously contacted them about having a working washing machine inside the apartment as advertised since I had noticed in other reviews that you needed to ask for that. I was told they would make sure the one in ours worked. When we arrived not only was it not hooked up it was missing a drain tube. We were able to use the machines on the rooftop but it would have been nice to have what was advertised and what we specifically asked for. The water heater did not work. Only had warm water for about a minute the first two days until someone was sent to fix it. The WiFi was decent when it worked but it did go out at one point for a couple hours. It was cold inside with no way to warm it up. We found roaches in the hallway. I went to boil water and there was no propane connected to the gas line, which I didn’t even bother mentioning because I had already mentioned all the other problems to the manager and I was just over it. It is in a very noisy location. Someone outside played loud music until 4am each night and the sound easily penetrated the walls. Our room was never cleaned. All in all it’s a decent place but for the cost I would stay elsewhere. There are much cheaper accommodations in the area where you would probably get a similar experience but save money.

Amazing apartments,very big and clean and you have everything in the apartment a kitchen, big shower, shampoos, body wash, 2 bedrooms, big living room a TV etc etc. I just stayed 1 night but definitely will come back again. Also the location is great and the price is really good.
