I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for my first visit to Arusha. We visited with friends who had previously stayed at the property and raved about it. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay that isn't a traditional hotel experience, I recommend Masailand Safari Lodge. I loved being able to sit on my balcony and eat breakfast. The pool was wonderful, the rooms were clean and also comfortable. Thank you management and staff you made my stay memorable and extremely exhilarating. I enjoyed my entire experience and will stay here again when I come back.

Very cold Equipment in gym does not work

The staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. upon arrival, my room was upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the location was secluded although not too out of the way.

I found it extremely unprofessional that one of the staff members who does not attend to the front desk was able to access my contact information and use it to contact me for his own personal interest. Despite all the good mentioned above, as a solo female traveler this would make me not recommend other solo female travelers to stay here because of the continued texts I received for over a week after my stay ended.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very nice. Also the massage lady was very friendly

Staff is friendly and rooms are big.

The location is far away from the center and there is nothing to do in the hotel or around. Also the food was not that good. I felt that I did not get a good service for the amount that I paid.

Location worked very well for me since it is near the airport but not that close from the city center. The staff was extremly friendly. It was clear the hotel hadn't been in use for some time but the staff worked hard to mitigate for that. I booked on booking and then later by mail and the communication was excellent. Also arranged pickup and dropoff at the local airport and to the Kilimanjaro international airport, all worked out perfect.

Pool was not "working".

Beautiful environment with serene atmosphere is what made us fall in love with this place. A nice standard room with all the basic amenities, Discreet location with friendly staff. Dine at restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset. The hotel is located not that much far from the city center but away from the noises. It is as well en routed to the famous national parks e.g. Ngorongoro, Serengeti etc, , and you can really enjoy the peace and calm of the surrounding. We received a warm welcome in the hotel and a good service while staying there. We received free upgrade to an executive room during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

I don't believe you could of found a much better location. The beach is beautiful.

The only small comment is the service needs to be faster. That said I am English and we all know how much English people like to rush!

The whole hotel from the room to the bar, pool and The people and the food. Very very good. We had a 2 day stop after a long safari and it was perfect. The bar also had a great variety of drinks. The food was very well cooked.
