The neighborhood and location were great. The house had ample space and accommodated all of my family. The cleanliness was satisfactory. There were a couple of ants in the house and the backyard could use some sprucing up. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My Family and I absolutely enjoyed this home, while we were away on our week-long Grand Canyon road trip. Everyone had ample space and a sleeping arrangements were perfect. We really loved the neighborhood as well.
Check in and exit we're a breeze! We highly recommend this host and his lovely home.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is a great house that is located in a nice neighborhood. The home was super clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and had a lot of sitting options throughout. We had 6 people stay with tons of extra room. I will look to book this again if we are in the area.

The house was big for my big family, the only downfall is the bathroom downstairs doesn't have a shower and climbing the stairs for my shower was rough. I'm disabled so I had plenty of help. The house is in a perfect area. Thank you

This home was great! Plenty of bedrooms, towels, dishes for everyone, and seating space. All the extras you need, but might forget, we’re there. The backyard patio was our favorite place to be in the evenings. Beautiful sunsets. Great walking paths just behind the house. Would stay here again.

Group of 7 adults staying the night after a concert. Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. The house rules are fairly relaxed and the host responds quickly. In a nice neighborhood. Self check in with keypad lock and wifi provided. We are all very happy with our stay.

We had such a wonderful time visiting Albuquerque. This property had 3 different living spaces so everyone had a place to go to either talk, or watch tv or just be away from the crowd. The back patio was another nice space and it back up to a walking path. The refrigerator was very large and that was very helpful. The rooms were also very quiet, our family didn't hear our toddler cry in our room.

We had a wonderful time in Albuquerque. The house is large enough for all the guests to have their own space. Lots of spaces to hang out. One if the best sticker kitchens I’ve every had in a rental.

We enjoyed the three different living areas and openness of the house. Fully stocked kitchen which easily accommodated our large group. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Nice local area with a park and nearby amenities. Loved our visits to local eateries and breweries. Even with rain, we had a great time! Thanks again!

We loved our stay. Everything is as described, the house is nicely laid out and has those extras that make your stay nice. We did have an issue with the AC but the response by the owners was very quick and they resolved the issue. The location is also great.

Easy all around.
This was so easy! From the booking to our leaving, everything was smooth. My grandson is taking online courses this summer and the internet had no issues. Great location. We really liked Ten Can Alley where everyone could find something they liked. We have used vacation rentals several times for family vacations and this was the best for meeting all our needs

Destination Wedding
We stayed at Ryan's place mainly because it was 8 minutes to Sandia Resort & Casino. My daughters wedding was there. The house fit our needs for 6-7 people and also host some others for dinner, lunch and bridesmaid gatherings. The location and overall setup worked great! Kitchen was well equipped along with the bathrooms. The weather was wonderful in April so we used the outside patio/furniture often. Everyone loved the access to the walking path behind the house and people/dog watching from the backyard.
We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great location
The location of this home, was perfect for us. Easy access to everything we were going to do. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but recommend bringing your own paper napkins and foil/ Saran Wrap, as there was none. Lots of plastic plates/cups for children and plenty of plates for adults. It was very cold while we were there and downstairs did stay cold, while upstairs was nice and warm. Lots of space for a big family and plenty of beds. The master bedroom and lower bedroom had the most comfortable mattresses. A nice place to stay.

The property was everything and more of what we expected. Very clean, comfortable and well set up for all your needs. We enjoyed our stay while attending a family wedding in Sante Fe. We chose this home for it's proximity to Sandia Peak tramway and ease onto I-25.
We also enjoyed walking along the arroyo with access from the backyard. We even took some family photos in the grassy area near the home with the beautiful fall foliage. Would stay here again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed a brief one night stay here in the middle of a long road trip. We were exhausted, and this was just the home to rest for a moment. The host was very welcoming and the beds were so well made and comfy. The kitchen was incredibly we stocked, so we were able to cook and dine in with ease. We enjoyed that there was open space nearby where people walked dogs, ran and biked. The location seemed close to all that we needed and we enjoyed being able to pull into the garage to pack/unpack. The home was very serene, which made for a good night's sleep. It was the perfect respite for worn down travelers. Thanks again!

The property is in great location near enough to everything in and around Albuquerque yet far away enough where it is a Very relaxing and comfortable setting and atmosphere. The property owner makes you feel at home with furnishing the entire home with everything you need to feel at ease and taken care of. We plan on returning to the area in the future. and I hope the property will be available on the dates I will be there. A++

The house was ideal for us. Located equidistant from the TT and RR courses and an easy 10 minute ride from the CRIT course at the ballon park. Very accessible neighborhood that is quiet and attractive.
Access to a garage for all our bikes and gear was great to have. Looking forward to next year!
