Everything! Honestly, there’s no any disadvantages for this excellent flat. 5 min from a beach by walk, 25-30 min to Acropolis by car, and what’s more important is the host! The best person ever in my travel life. So gentle and helpful lady I couldn’t imagine that. She is so care about her guests. Thank you and many times thank you 🙏

Everything! The host Bettina is extremely welcoming and helpful. Prior to our arrival, she provided all the necessary information related to check-in, the location of the accommodation as well as the best means of transportation. The apartment is stunning, very clean and is equipped with everything someone may need for a comfortable long-term and short-term stay. Beautiful place that provides perfect comfort, ideally located close to the beach, nearby bakeries, supermarkets, etc.

Absolutely amazing property! 5 mins walk to the public and private beach. Walking distance to bakeries and lunch places! Thoroughly enjoyed the garden with the property! Iron came in handy!

It should be noted that everything is at a higher level than expected. Each room has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, you really feel like at home, everything is there, an induction stove, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a home refrigerator, a set of cups and plates of all sizes... Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, Wi-Fi, air conditioner + central heating, radiator, room in new condition, designed, clean and well maintained.

loved everything, I was pleasantly surprised. Lovely accommodation in a charming and kind Tina. I asked after 3 days for a room on a higher floor. She took care of me and helped me with everything, including information about the whole area.

Bettina is a communicative hostess, always ready to service her customers. The room was clean and big enough for 2 people. The bed was outstanding, you'll have one of your best sleeps

Bettina was a superb host - always there if we needed anything and very quick to respond. Some great information on travelling around the area and places to visit etc. The room itself was perfect. Whilst we chose to eat out all the time, equally there were very good facilities in the room for cooking and eating. The bed was really comfortable and the little extras - coffee machine, Netflix, ironing board (the list goes on) all came in very useful. Our choice of accommodation and location was to primarily to attend a wedding at the Island Art & Taste Residence. This place is an ideal property to stay at, as it’s only a 20-30 minute walk. Whilst we drove, there are also good transport links from Varkiza. Directions to the property were very clear and the Google Maps location made it very easy to find. Both host and accommodation made this a great place to stay and is highly recommended - thanks Bettina!! Simon & Stella.

everything was fine. one minus was a smoking neighbour so I could smelll it.

The location was perfect, near cafés, shops, etc. The room has 100% darkening shades, so you can sleep all day if needed. The bed is super comfy. The decor was nice too :)

The building has no number, so the taxi driver had trouble finding it. The wifi code is not presented in the room - the host sends the code in an sms message - so you need to have data to get it.

Very nice and clean apartment nearby the sea. Really convenient and true to the photos. The owner was really sweet and happy to help at anytime.

Amazing location near the beach and to many other beautiful spots!! A short walk had you on the beach..or in a great restaurant!! Our host was amazing..helpful.. kind.. and even left us a yummy homemade cake!! I felt so relaxed here!! So nice to be able to do a load of laundry in our room:) Everything we needed was there!!! Home away from home!!
