We enjoyed two junior suites over the course of two stays, one with a larger balcony than the other, one with an Acropolis view, one without. We loved both rooms, however, spacious, spotless, comfortable, and attractively furnished. The hotel is on a quiet off shoot of a lively sweet square and street--a little challenging for the taxi drive--but have the driver call the hotel ahead of time for directions. Especially notable is the consistently excellent hospitality of the staff from the general manager and desk attendants (Gregory and Eleni) to the maids to the wait staff at breakfast. And breakfast is a lovely feast of fresh Greek specialties, delicious coffee served in French press or however you like it, freshly squeezed orange juice, among many other choices. The smiling gracious servers are so attentive and pleasant. We've stayed in several hotels in Athens, and not one can equal the Perianth for the excellent location, the service, the beautiful design, and the breakfast. Although we were in Athens in September when the temperatures are lovely, the Perianth would be a welcome cool spot in the heat of summer. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It truly is a perfect boutique hotel.

The Perianth Hotel is perfectly located in a area which will instantly live the experience of Athens! Several restaurants, bars, clubs and attractions are at maximum 20 min away from hotel. Very convenient to visit Acropolis and museums by foot and go out for dinner/drinks in the evening. Very comfortable and decorated room. Very good breakfast. I totally recommend for everyone that aims to stay in a very nice hotel, close to everything that you expect to visit in this amazing city.

Mistakes happen to everyone and how they are solved is what makes the difference. The floor from the shower is black painted, which makes very difficult to see if it’s well cleaned. When we arrived, we found some hair accumulated and the drain was clogged. We immediately spoke with hotel staff and they improved the room cleaning. If I was the hotel owner, I would never use that material for this wet area since it makes very difficult for cleaning.

The room was clean and very modern. The breakfast options were great. Location was good to walk around and see the center of town but bad if you wanted to sleep because it was loud.

When we arrived and realized we had the room next to the elevator and we asked if we could get another room and the person at the front desk said that they were completely sold out and couldnt help us. 2 hours later I checked online and they had rooms available. I believe the woman at the front desk was not interested in checking for us and told us what she wanted to say.

The location of the hotel is amazing, you can find what your looking for around the corner. Also the staff were very nice and helpful and prepared a meal for us to go to the airport. Would definitely come back to the same hotel
