Nice room, love the tree in front of the room.

The bathroom smelled awful. But when closing the door, the smell was only there and not in the bedroom.

Great price for a place to sleep for the night. Check-in was easy and dedicated off-street parking was perfect.

It was what I expected for the cost. Small and basic, but that was all I needed.

Kitchen and cooking facilities very useful. Free car parking. Good size bathroom. Good heating and hot water. Good value for money. Good Wi-Fi connection.

TV channels in German language only. There should be some TV channels in English language.

That the place was clean. The furniture seemed new, and the location was good, not a great distance on foot to the cit center.

I did not have warm water. Neither in the shower, nor in the kitchen or in the bathroom sink. I tried to shower, and left the water running for 5(!) minutes to see if it would get warm. It did not. Afew hours later I tried to shower again, and the water did NOT get warm. It was cold. I called the "Landlord", and the lady on the phone told me that she had to check something and would get back to me (it was 19:30). TWO hours later, no call back and nobody came to check on the problem. I called again and did not manage to get to her. The lady sent me a message via booking.com to say that it was very weird that I complained about not having warm water, and that it was MY fault! She said :"Sie haben bereits geduscht weswegen wir ihnen frische Handtücher brachten. Dann rufen sie wenige Minuten danach erneut an und wundern sich dass nicht noch genügend warmwasser im Speicher ist. Merkwürdiges Verhalten." It can be translated as: you have already showered, that's why we brought you fresh towels. Then you call few minutes later again and ask yourself why there is not enough warm water. Strange behavior". When I read that I got enraged. I told the lady on the phone when I called to complain that it was the second time that I TRIED to shower ,not that I showered. I told her that I left the water on and it did not get warm. And I did not call minutes later, I called TWO HOURS later.Then she calls me weird for that? In the height of the winter, in december, I do not have right to a warm shower??????? To all that I said I have proof, including screenshots. The customer service is terrible. They do not solve your problem and then lie and put the blame on you.
