La colazione era pessima, nella stanza abbiamo trovato svariati insetti, davanti all'hotel c'è un cantiere perché stanno rifacendo la strada

Una struttura moderna e ben fatta nelle camere viene usato molto in legno in maniera moderna ma conservando il fascino dell’antica cultura cinese

A parte la stanza che dopo una mezz’ora sia riscaldata, qualunque altro locale dell’albergo è completamente gelido… La colazione è del tutto completamente cinese (ma questo non sarebbe neanche un problema) se non fosse che è proprio misera di per sé… E viene servita da signore che cucinano in una sala a vista mentre parlano tra di loro urlando e mangiando a loro volta

La possibilité d'avoir du pain et de la confiture pour le petit-déjeuner quand on n'est pas habitué au petit-déjeuner chinois. La précieuse aide de Carol pour l'organisation des excursions et visites.

Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont très froides. Ce serait encore mieux si le personnel de l'hôtel pouvait parler anglais.

Отличное месторасположение. 10 минут пешком до входа в парк. Уютный небольшой отель. Хорошие номера. Не новый, но мебель в хорошем состоянии. Все удобства и гигиеническое принадлежности в номере. Чисто. Тихо. Хорошие матрасы и подушки. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Тепло. Мы были с 1 по 3 декабря. Воспользовались бесплатной стиральной машинкой. Нам бесплатно дали капсулы для стирки. Сушкой в номере воспользоваться не смогли. У нас не было телефона с местной сим-картой. Работает через Bluetooth. Сотрудники общаются на английском языке. Сложностей не возникло. Все вопросы решали. Очень интересный и красивый интерьер гостиницы. Уютно.

Завтрак отвратительный. В основном местная кухня. Из съедобной еды только яйца. Но кругом полно кафешек, где можно позавтракать за очень небольшие деньги.

Todo, creo que es la mejor opción que hay para visitar el parque. Quiero mencionar a Carol por su excelente trabajo, con un inglés perfecto, sin su ayuda no hubiera podido volar a la siguiente parada del viaje. El hotel en si es una excelente opción ya que está al lado del parque y el hotel está súper bien, imprescindible para extranjeros, ya que por su logística (Transfer, entradas del parque, etc...) Проживание в этом отеле полностью оправдало ожидания, а отношение персонала к своим гостям даже превзошло ожидания! Поэтому в первую очередь отмечу работу персонала, особенно администратора Кэрол - заботливую, внимательную, готовую всегда помочь и говорящую на отличном английском языке. Кэрол помогала нам с билетами к достопримечательностям, транспортом (нас было 8 человек), с выбором ресторанов. Второе - расположение очень близко к входу в парк Улинъюань. Если вы хотите успеть увидеть знаменитые горы до того, как соберется толпа туристов, то вам нужно быть у ворот еще до открытия парка - поэтому удобно жить рядом. Плюс на улице перед отелем каждый вечер был ночной маркет, где можно было недорого поесть. Комнаты чистые, с комфортными кроватями и наличием всего необходимого (шкаф, стол, холодильник, фен. Были даже напольные весы!) Ночью не шумно. Сантехника, свет, кондиционер в полном порядке. Есть прачечная самообслуживания, что очень удобно. Завтрак понравился, хоть выбор и небольшой, только блюда в китайском стиле, но все было вкусно. Планирую остановиться здесь еще раз в следующем году и могу смело рекомендовать другим.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Carol helped us book all our activities, and the chefs cooked delicious noodles. The rooms were clean and cosy with all the required amenities. Location was great too!

If we had to comment on one thing, it would be the variety of breakfast items, although what was provided was delicious.

The breakfast for vegetarians was fine. The best experience we had was with the staff support and the willingness of Carol, the manger to assist us in all our planning. Without her support, we would not have made it to Zhangjiajie. For the last three months, she has answered tens of questions so that we can plan the trip as it suits over 70 years old people. He encouragement, details in planning, advice on many many occasions including pick up from the train station was exemplary. THANK YOU CAROL AND THE STAFF.

Breakfast (chinese style) is very good and served on the 6th floor in a nice room. Carol who speaks english fluently is very helpful for taxi booking or park ticket entrance purchase.

We absolutely loved our stay at Yoba Boutique Hotel! Carol was so friendly and accommodating to all our needs and we even got a free upgrade for our room. The room is lovely, bright, and clean and the rest of the hotel is the same. It was such a relaxing place to come back to at the end of our walk and the best was SO comfortable. Could not recommend it more. Thank you. :)

The only small suggestion would be to have a western option for breakfast but in the small town that it was, I wasn't expecting this anyway as there were no options for this in the town either (that we saw).

Amazing stay and from before we arrived, Carlos was in contact with us arranging a car for us from the airport.She was extremely helpful and accommodating in every regard. Help us book the tickets so that we can easy to enter the park in the morning. It was the best location for National park -3 minutes walk to park entrance. Breakfast was so delicious. The room is super lovely and we like it . Highly recommend

The property is very cozy. Perfect location for the national forest park. It is only 3 minutes walk to Wulingyuan Park Entrance. Great service and outstanding staff! Carol can speak very good English and helped to book the attractions and guided us for Zhangjiajie National forest park.Everything was exceptional since the welcome after booking till the check out and transportation arrangement.Highly recommended

Everything is perfect

The rooms are immaculate, the beds were comfy, there is a big bathtub, and it’s only a couple minutes to the park. Most of all, Matthew was SUPER helpful with booking trains and other things which are complicated for foreigners in china. We would have been lost without him, he was constantly helping us even after we checked out.

A very nice boutique hotel, with very nice staff. Allways ready to help. Rustic-like cousy room. Great location walking distance of East Entrance of Avatar Park (good entrance to the Tianzi mountain) Walking distance to KFC and Starbucks for those that need it! Wulingyuan is a beautiful great place with very nice people, good food and amazing nature, we has a great time.

This small hotel has a lift for its 5 storey high building which makes it very convenient. It also has heated beds that's wonderful in winter. It's only 5 mins walk away from the East Gate entrance. There is this superb eatery just next to this hotel that serves delicious charcoal bbq food and local dishes at reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided us with useful info on where to go and what to see and helped us got the tickets too.

The water temperature is very difficult to control, either too hot or too cold.

We stayed for 3 nights and chose the place because of its good reviews and location. The room is like in the pictures and we were positively surprised by the electric blanket, which is helpful in winter without heating (AC device helped a little). A small breakfast is also offered, we took it for convenience. I particularly liked the items, which included: 02 toasts, 02 pieces of corn/sweet potatoes, tangerine juice, a cup of tea/coffee, some jam, 01 fried egg and 03 dumplings with pork meat. The staff also was really helpful while organizing our tour! Cleaning was also good.

We know it's common in China, but mattresses could be a little softer when renewing the place. After a few days hiking, you notice it on your body.
