My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Singulier in Bordeaux for one night, and it was absolutely delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant and cozy ambiance. The hotel’s design seamlessly blends modern comfort with classic French charm. The attention to detail in the decor, from the chic furnishings to the tasteful artwork, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. After being offered an Upgrade for a reasonable price, We stayed on the third floor in a lovely room with an indoor bathtub. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The plush bedding and high-quality linens made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to our short stay. The service at Hotel Singulier was outstanding. Audrey, in particular, was incredibly nice and helpful. She provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations and made sure we felt very welcome. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. Even though our stay was brief, we appreciated the hotel’s amenities. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh, local products and was a perfect start to our day. The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of Bordeaux’s major landmarks, shopping areas, and fantastic restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our one-night stay at Hotel Singulier was perfect. The beautiful design, excellent service, and prime location made it a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux, whether for a short or long stay. In summary, Hotel Singulier provided us with a wonderful, albeit brief, experience in Bordeaux. The service from Audrey was brillliant. Audrey ensured our stay was five star by providing tips on where to go and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her customer service was the best we have experienced on our trip. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. A real traditional Bordeaux experience.

There was nothing we did not like.

The location was excellent. The host Audrey was fantastic, she really made our experience so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and we she was able to direct us to places we never would have known about! My favourite thing was the roof top terrace🫶🏼

The staff were all so helpful and accommodating despite our very late arrival outside check in time. Very personal approach. Breakfast was amazing and served in request on the terrace. Hotel has a refined charming style. Central walking distance from all sites.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamem und hilfreichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll, allerdings beengt und sehr wenig Stauraum.

Es gibt keinen Lift. War für uns kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist.

Sehr zentral gelegen, edel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sensationelle Dachterrasse auf der man dank des guten Wetters toll frühstücken konnte

Tout était parfait de A à Z, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviable, aux petits soins pour toute demande ou recommandation. Nous avons passé 3 jours à Bordeaux qui ont été sublimes par notre lieu de séjour !

Étant une vieille bâtisse vous entendez passablement les allers et venues mais c’est le charme de l’ancien !

There is a handheld shower head in the tub, which is quite luxurious. For those who want a quiet stylish room, the hotel is an attractive option.

The hotel has a tiny lobby that does not offer much in the way of amenities, and there is no restaurant or bar, so socializing opportunities.

Beautiful bedrooms, very clean and tidy. Exceptional service and owners (do listen to their recommendations on where to go, where to eat, and what to do). Recommend recommend recommend.

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. François Xavier nous a été d’une grande aide pour nous orienter sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants et autres bars. Le roftop est aussi très agréable pour profiter du soleil. L’hôtel est très bien placé au cœur de bordeaux, tout peut se faire à pieds ou en transports.

Manque d’attention et de détails pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Absence de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain ainsi que de cotons, de sac poubelle dans les poubelles ou d’accessoires de toilette par exemple. Pas de service de bagagerie le dimanche après 12h. Pas d’accueil physique après 21h.

Super lovely hotel in the perfect location, the staff are so lovely and helpful, giving great advice on where to go and carrying your bags up the stairs as there's no lift (which is honestly not a problem), the rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are really comfy!

Roof top for breakfast was delicious. View from view top was spectacular. Hosts were delightful. Chef prepared a varied menu. Rooms were cozy quiet and themed. I was pleased with location.

The terrace is fantastic as was the breakfast with the homemade yogurt. The staff were also extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were extremely well thought through and had nice style.

I lost an earring behind a bench and unfortunately it wasn't possible to retrieve it.

The location was great and the hotel was charming. The rooftop had a wonderful view. The staff was attentive and very helpful.

The shower setup was interesting but ended up adding to the experience.

Amazing service. They called us a couple days before check in to see if they can help us with anything. During the stay Francois was helping us with the restaurant recommendations and booking. He made us a very delicious cappuccino and brownies. Lovely hospitality.

No elevator but it’s not a problem since we are on the 2nd floor.

Really stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing staff. The location is perfect for strolling into town.

Everything was good or great. We only had one issue which was dining on the roof at breakfast. Dining in the lobby is much better and I recommend this.

Great location close to the old town and restaurants/cafes . The staff were very helpful and delightful to deal with. They gave us a really good dinner recommendation. There are only stairs to rooms but staff moved all bags so not an issue. They upgraded us to the junior suit which was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here and wished we had stayed longer to see more of the city and it’s sites. Thx to Francois and Audrey.
