Good apartment, excellent balcony with great views and sun all day. We’ll situated for supermarket and restaurants, few hills and steps but nothing the reasonably fit can’t manage.

We have had a beautiful week staying in John’s apartment and will definitely return in the future. The views are stunning, it’s clean and a good size for 2 staying. Nice little touches include a towels for the beach and products for showers (great for if you’re travelling light). It’s situated on a quiet but friendly complex, perfectly located for restaurants with an easy walk into the harbour area (there are steps and a hill on the way home but it’s worth it for the beautiful view). We would definitely recommend.

Lovely views.. high up ( few steps to get this high) if you have mobility issues you do have a fair few steps! Nice quiet area with everything close by. Apt was nice enough.. dated but clean. Take extra towels as we only had 2 medium sized bath towels for a full week!! All in all a pleasant stay.

Fantastic views, beautiful clean spacious apartment well equipped. Caroline and John were very helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and a shop around the corner. Lovely quite complex. We will be back soon

Nice stay and great location

Only staying for four nights before moving to a Villa nearbye.So so clean and well looked after.Have wanted to stay by The Old Harbour of Puerto del Carmen and this was ideal.Close to many good Restaurants and also Supermarket.Well done to Caroline who looks after the appartment.

Fantastic view, luxurious apartment and very comfortable

This is the best apartment we have ever stay in. The decoration and furniture is top class and the apartment was spotlessly clean.the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a very good shower with lots of hot water. The apartment has its own WiFi and a flat screen TV with all the English channels. There are lots of books and dvds to use. The view from the balcony is spectacular and I relaxed in my sun chair all day getting the sun in the balcony from early morning to late at night. The complex is lovely and quite and very secure. It is so near to shops pubs restaurants and the seaside. John was very helpful with our booking and Caroline looked after us well in Lanzarote. I have it booked again for the new year for 10 weeks.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The views overlooking the harbour from the balcony were amazing and we spent lots of time chilling and enjoying the view. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk down to the harbour and another 5-10 min walk to some lovely restaurants. There is also a supermarket close by. The booking process was hassle free with the owners as we only booked a few days before travelling. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if visiting Lanzarote.

Spectacular view, lovely clean spacious apartment very comfortable beds

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week. It exceeded our expectations in every way. This apartment is ideal with stunning views from a fabulously furnished balcony, an ideal location close to beautiful restaurants, water sports and the main strip for drinks at night. It also had free wifi and a tv with every channel we could think of. Anything we needed was in the apartment including a fan for the hot weather. The cleaner caroline was so helpful, kind and really could not have done more for us. The pool area was very well kept and a lovely place to lye out every day. We will certainly be coming back to stay here again.

Lovely location, property looking a little bit tired, could do with a lick of paint. Hot water, only enough for one quick shower then had to wait around 30 minutes before next shower. Patio doors banged a lot in the wind, we had to push a tea towel in between the door frame to stop it banging. Apart from the above, we had a lovely time, the view from the balcony was lovely and we spent a lot of our time out there. There are loads of lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

we like the other people read the reviews before booking.The apartments were in a fantastic place with breathtaking views of the harbour,and close enough to the old town pubs and restaraunts.loverly pool area with plenty of sunbeds available,John the owner was a pleasure to deal with no problems at all.when we arrive mandy meets you at the apartment and runs through the facilitys and was very helpull.we will deffinatley return to this apartment in the near future,we had a fantastic week.

We booked this apartment after reading reviews on it and we couldn't have chosen any better.It had everything one needed for a great week of relaxation. Located close to the harbour with a lovely view of it a five minute stroll took you into the old town. Mandi who looked after it was fab and explained everything and how everything worked. The only complaint I had was that the owner had doubled booked the apartment on the day of arrival and Mandi was fortunate that the apartment next door which she looked after was free that night or we had no where to go and not once did the owner contact us to let us know of the problem or apologise for this error on his part. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment as it is great but check Mr O' Donaghue the owner gets his dates right first.

The balcony which received the sun all day, was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and relax.The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could wish for...a real home from home..John the owner was very efficient with the booking process and easy to contact when required..We were met at the apartment by the lovely Mandi who takes care of the apartment,we were made to feel very welcome and,nothing was too much trouble for her, making sure we had fresh milk and orange juice in our fridge. The apartment also has its own wi- fi which was a fantastic bonus. I cannot rate this apartment highly enough everything about it was Fantastic... Excellent Property..,Excellent Location,..Excellent Relaxation, ..looking forward to returning... very soon.

The views are gorgeous the apartment was very clean, the complex and the pool was lovely, its close to all the restaraunts and shops Lanzarote is a beautiful Island and we will definatly be going back to the same apartment .

Visited the apartment for the second time and its just like a home from home, everything is available, restaurant galore , brilliant views to die for, a fantastic relaxing holiday again. If I had 1 criticism it would be the 2 single beds in the bedroom, it really needs a double bed. When a husband and wife go on holiday they don't want to sleep in separate beds!!! Apart from that brilliant and we will visit again.

Stayed at this app for 2weeks and was very pleased .very central to everything in old town loved the fact you could take a 5minute walk to the crafty cow for a nice quite drink and nice food at very resonible price in lovely settings app was very clean thanks to the very helpful mandy. Would stay here again without a second thought

(young couple) I was unsure on what to expect as I hadn?t booked off owners direct before. I was relying on the photos to get an idea of what the place was like. Also having no reviews on the page made me very wary. However, I called up the owner, John and he reassured me straight away and he copied me into emails with Mandy, who lives in lanzarote and looks after the property. Mandy collected us from the airport and was very helpful and friendly. We were provided with milk, juice and butter which was handy for the morning. When we arrived in the evening the spectacular views of the sea and harbour made me feel we made the right choice straight away. The apartment was in great condition, very clean and home like feel. With a large tv and dvd player, we stayed in and cooked a few times watching films when we didn?t feel like going out. The walk to the harbour is less than 5 minutes, and there are several different ways to walk to the new town. The best restaurant was El golfo, which was near the shopping centre. You will not be short on places to eat! The pool was lovely, and relaxing... there is no shade, make sure you take your umbrella provided in the room. The beds were comfy enough, however it doesn?t really work if you push them together. We found ourselves sleeping separately. There is no air con, however the evenings are pleasantly cool if you let some air in. NO COCKROACHES OR MOSQUITOS IN ROOMS!!! To conclude, I would definitely recommend this apartment and return in january time as it was too hot for us!
