Diese 2BR / 2BA Eigentumswohnung wurde vor kurzem aktualisiert und hat alles, was Sie brauchen! Der Komplex befindet sich über dem Pool und dem Whirlpool und ist mit vielen Extras ausgestattet .... 2 Grills für Ihr Cookout und einen Tennisplatz (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Schläger und Tennisbälle mit). The condo was simply beautiful. Everything that we needed was there. We will definitely rent this place again.

Overall we had a great stay, perfect location, perfect view.
Couple of things I would change is the master bedroom window shade.
Leaving room carpet. We had issue with guest bathroom basin tap and not got fixed during our stay. Overall it was great.

We had a wonderful visit to end our summer. My 81 year old mother hadn't been able to tavel in 3 years. When she said she wanted to go to the beach, i was able to find this gem. It has wonderful ocean views!! The building feels safe and secure and had all the amenities you could want. With a short walk to the beach that's just past the pool you're there in seconds. The condo is clean and the host is quick to respond if you have any needs. It's a wonderful condo! Highly recommend

Everything was fine except 2 minor problems. 1. Limited cleaning materials. There were significant limitations on kitchen and laundry materials. I suggest rather than limiting the dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags charge an extra $10 per day and provider adequate materials. 2. According to the rental company there was no place to park bikes. Bike rental is common in Destin and we needed them as there were no rental cars. We got them and there were plenty of spots to keep them. The very nice and helpful maintenance guys agreed it was fine to keep them where we did.

This place rewards guests with raffle prizes for full-star reviews so keep that in mind when reading the reviews. The location and views are what you're paying for with this rental property--it's great! Enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach from the condo are fantastic. That said, given the price, I expected a bit more from the condo itself. However, some minor changes would make a big difference. The master bed window shade was broken for our stay (needed to be tied up), but it wasn't worth getting fixed during our stay--I'd change it to a black-out shade for naps and sleeping-in. The lighting in the condo was a mix of ultra-white and warm--I'd make it all warm to create a more cozy feel. The king mattress wasn't great and the frame was very wobbly (the wall was all marked up from it rubbing the paint off). The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking, but no consumables are included--including at least salt and pepper and some coffee would be helpful. I was also surprised they only provided enough dishwasher soap to run it twice for a week long stay--providing a bit more soap would make it easy for guests to keep dishes clean without having to buy more soap.

Love this building that the condo is located in. Stayed in several of the condos. This particular one could use some upgrades. The bedrooms looked to be upgraded, but the rest of condo needs some improvements. The tvs are very small, some of the living room furniture looks like outdoor furniture, the main living area floors need to be upgraded as well, the washer was very loud. This condo has much potential and we did enjoy the stay very much! One of my favorite times in Destin. Would like to see the upgrades but would stay here again for sure.

Overall we had a great stay, perfect location, perfect view, and we saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. The one thing I would change is the master bedroom, bed and bedding. The bed needs a new mattress and the sheets could have been softer, they were very rough to the skin. That would not stop us from coming back to this place though!!

Property was very clean with all you need, including spectacular views of Gulf. Stayed for three weeks and enjoyed ourselves the entire time!

We checked in late and just smiled as we opened the door and walked into our unit. Really couldn't see anything until the morning outside. The unit was perfect, just as described, my granddaughter enjoyed her privacy in her own room and bathroom as I did with mine overlooking the ocean. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful views and breathtaking sunsets. We will be back.

Condo was very spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable bed and the best view I could imagine of the gulf. The white sand beach was just a few steps past the beautiful pool and hot tub. Great location also.

Perfect place to stay except for the showers, needing attention . Tub is too small in one bathroom so the curtain slings to you, in the other bathroom the glass is to short so water goes out onto the floor .

We had the best time! Check in was so easy and Chris was very helpful with any of my questions. Very clean and updated! The views were amazing and it was such an easy walk to the pool and the beach with our two 3 year olds! I don’t think we heard anyone the whole time, very quiet. We had everything we needed starting out for our stay there. Morning breakfast on our patio, watching the sun rise were the best. We will definitely be going back soon!

The condo and experience were better than expected... a very clean and spacious two-bedroom. Very convenient and centrally located with a great balcony and view, and the short boardwalk put us right on the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The condo was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The view is breathtaking inside and outside on the balcony.
Beds were comfortable. We felt safe with the security gate. The property was well maintained and there was someone on the property at all times. We had a wonderful trip and we will certainly be back.
As mentioned in previous reviews the carpet in the bedrooms is old and needs replacing. We did have difficulty with the door code for the first two days. The property manager promptly took out calls and gave us a new code.

Best experience ever! This condo had everything we needed with the most amazing view ever. It was soooo clean and the host was easy to contact although they weren’t needed. I would recommend this condo over and over again! Thanks for a wonderful visit to Destin Beach! We’ll be back❤️

The view is beautiful - best part of this property. Honest review of the condo to know before you book: building is very old and along with that has some peculiar smells. The condo bedrooms especially reflect the age. Very old carpet and beds. The living room sliding glass door is extremely hard to open and close. Tv's are small and multiple remotes were included which made it hard to figure out what services and channels were even available. We weren't able to find any cable channels to watch. Fridge is old and part of the door shelves are broken, but works fine. We did see several roaches in the kitchen which was disappointing.

The view is amazing, everything is so clean and in good shape. It located near so many things. The condo is quiet, the pool is great. We will be coming back!

My 3 lifelong friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place was very cute and clean. The location is by far the best part. Easy access to the beach, a quick Uber/lyft to the harbor, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Location was perfect couldn’t have been better, but a few problems are, sliding door in living room is almost impossible to open, does not slide easily, carpeting very wrinkled and looked worn out, no dish cloths to wash dishes or counters off, master shower water pressure needed to be turned down low to get right water temperature, up high pressure was only hot water, master bed seems to be worn out, It definitely needs to be replaced, furnishing do not reflect location, beach, but you have an ideal location that we loved.

We had a great stay with my husband and two children. The condo was as advertised. Clean, plenty of space, and in a great location. The beach access was so easy. There was a wagon and beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay again!

To the owner the couch and chairs in the living space needs to be replaced. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The skillets in the kitchen need to be replaced. There was only 1 skillet that was usable the others were rusty.
Other than those few things this place is a very nice beach rental with a perfect view, easy beach access and very spacious!!

Carpet in both bedrooms need removed. Very dirty and have an aroma. Sliding doors need lubricated. Very difficult to open and close. Also a picture that was held to the wall with velcro fell in the middle of the night. Needed to be retapped together utilizing the existing tape on the rear (assuming from a prior failure). Washer was quite dated but worked fine nonetheless. Probably would not stay in this unit again.

Just a couple suggestions. You need to get new knives as the ones there are really dull. I did not much care for naked women on wall since I usually have grandkids visit and lastly your bedroom carpets desperately need cleaning.

Great location. Easy to get to shopping and great restaurants. It is an older building and common areas smell musty. The unit has some updates and is well stocked. The carpet is old and badly stained but otherwise the unit is clean. Our only complaint was though there is wonderful light-blocking drapes on the slider in the master bedroom the east facing window has a paper thin cellular blind that doesn’t even keep out the light from the next condo let alone the sun when it comes up. We prefer to sleep in on vacation and it was impossible with the light. Thankfully the view was spectacular once we did get up. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony watching the waves was our favorite part of the day!

My husband and I brought our teens for Thanksgiving week and had a great trip! The property was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for the week! Great ocean views, tv, board games, cozy furniture and a stocked kitchen for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. Weather was a bit chilly for the beach everyday but we found plenty to do!

Perfect location for a beautiful beach stay
Beautiful view of the ocean! Property is right on the beach so it is super easy to take kids to the beach. Within 10min drive to Destin boardwalk village and all the boat tours, parasailing, jet ski and more. Property manager is very responsive and helpful!
We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.
