The walk-in shower in the bathroom was superb. Extra items like flannels, good quality tissues, and hand cream were appreciated, as were hooks for 2 towels next to the shower entry. Our room had a very comfortable bed, a clock (thank you so much for that), a window that opened a little, and a big TV screen. Lots of foreign language channels available including one that had English language TV shows, and other channels that provided news. Breakfast was available 7-10am and there were hot items like scrambled eggs, as well as strukli, a traditional Croatian dish. Cold items like cereal, breads, yoghurt and fruit were also on offer. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the Central Bus Station, and the same distance from the old town. We caught the bus back to the airport, but finding the platform from where it leaves was difficult, as it was not listed on the information boards. We asked and were told it leaves from Platform 201. It doesn't, but it is nearby. Look towards a fenced area next door to the bus station. The airport bus leaves from inside there. The name of the company that runs the service is Pleso Prijevoz. Bus costs 8 Euros per adult, which makes Uber a good option if there are 2 of you. Cost is around 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel.

When we walked into the hotel, we had no idea where to check in. There was no sign that said 'Reception' and all we could see was a bar/restaurant on the left side, and to the right what looked like 3 hotel guests working at a computer station. We approached cautiously because we didn't like to disturb other guests, but needed to ask if they knew where to check in. Those 3 hotel guests were Reception Staff. It was a weird set up. However staff were very pleasant and helpful. The view from our room was of other rooms, so not ideal.

Location was a bit off beaten path of the central area of Zagreb but walkable. Parking is more than I was instructed via email by 10€ per day.

Great motel. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff were so helpful. The staff in the dining room were particularly good.

It’s a little out of town but only a short tram ride

Televizija ni delala in osebje ni nič naredilo, da bi napako odpravilo. Trikrat smo šli na recepcijo in jih prosili, da popravijo televizijo. Njihov odgovor je bil, bomo poslali tehnično službo. Pri rezervaciji smo jih prosili, da bi bile dve sobe če je to mogoče ena poleg druge. Pri potrditvi so me obvestili, da so ugodili moji želji in so sobe tako rezervirane ena poleg druge. V realnosti ni bilo tako :-(.

Breakfast is very good. Room is comfortable.

Location is bit outside the main square, about 20 mins walk, tram 3 stops.

The location is perfect. Right at the Tram station if the weather is bad. Rooms are spacious too.

The room was well organized and had additional items like iron etc. I really liked the quality of soap, shampoo, and shower gel. It was quiet and perfect for a good sleep. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Friendly staff and ready to assist anytime.

I would expect to have at least 2 bottles of water in rooms instead of an empty bottle that needs to be filled with filtered water on each floor. Long checking and checkout process. It should be quicker for online booked guests. The parking entrance was too tight for larger vehicles like vans.

Urban-modern feel about the hotel with great location. Big comfortable beds, window opens, clean and helpful-friendly staff.

The alcohol at bar was very expensive don’t get caught out like we did . They charge separately for tonic in yr gin tonic was 6.50 euro joke . Check menu before ordering drinks .

The room was wonderful, great size. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

My partner left items in the room and realised after we had departed from Zagreb. The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were returned to us. Excellent room, bar and kitchen staff. Would certainly return and recommend to others.

The staff aren’t very helpful , they can’t get me a vehicle for sightseeing, their in-house technician goes home at 2pm

The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. All staff and facilities exceeded expectations. The transfer Lounge where we could store our luggage the following day was secure and in addition they provided lots of extras and facilities to freshen up. it was excellent.
