The rroms were spacious.

Location was awful, there were numerous three power cuts within 24 hours. we booked for four days left the morning after we arrived. The receptionist was rude and agrresive when i complained, the sauna wasn't working, the lights in the room cut out a number of occasions.

Absence of service in all hotel spheres starting from reception and ending with the breakfast. Hotel corridors stink because AC is not turned on. No one speaks proper English/Russian. You have to wait for the breakfast for ages (40-60 min), and there's nothing to eat honestly. There's no own beach or any beach service for the guests. Generally speaking the hotel is an abandoned nice gem that is poorly cared for.

AC and venting wasn't in a good condition, which is necessary especially at room with no window. Disappointing for a hotel located at seaside. No fresh air. Stale air at lobby, as temperature was also too high, thus it was hard even to breath there. Most annoying fact is that there is no coffee in a room, and in the morning at terrace we couldn't order it as the bar was closed.

Noise of the clubhouse is high & water heater not available until requested from reception.

Rooms are very big and comfortable. It has good view and design Bathroom and amenities are very well and very nicely designed parking very comfortable

1. coffes are not allocated for rooms - can not understand how its possible. Tea provision was in place however there was no coffe 2. Hot water provision is very poor. You need to waste water for 3-4minutes until hot water comes inside piping

Good facilities and nice hotel apart from hotel management.

Leaking bath and no hot water either. No coffee in room, reception not answering internal calls. 24 hour hotel room service only works until 11pm. Only option for eating and being outside at hotel is on the terrace. Food was not anywhere near the 5 stars the hotel has. When making a complaint I was just laughed at by administration quoting "that is how it is" breakfast starts 9am if staff turns up on time . very poor service will not be going back!

It had many facilities, swimming pool, bowling alley, Gym and Sauna “Sauna not presently working” Rooms were very clean “Ali” evening restaurant waiter tried his best to make up for the hotel management shortfalls.

Room Issues I booked for a 2 night stay. Booked best room available (Delux over looking Sea) On arrival, checked in “relatively painless” although only 1 receptionist” you recieve 2 cards, one for room door, 1 for corridor door “bit of a pain” the hotel seemed empty, car park was empty and didn’t see any other guests “strange in a 5 star hotel on a big national holiday” Room was very nice, I went straight in Shower, within minutes there was water all over the bathroom floor, the waste pipe was disconnected / leaking. The master came and said he couldn’t fix it & we’d need a new room. At first the receptionist told us they had no room available until next day so we were unable to have shower until then. They then they told us we could move into another room, but we then had to swap again in the morning “Wanted us to change room 3 times on a 2 night stay” so we stayed in the same room for the night without washing facilities “we tried the bath, but that also had the same issue and leaked all over the bathroom” At 00:30 on our first night the receptionist contacted us to say a room had become available if we wanted to move room now, I said im not moving room at 00:30! They then knocked on us at 02:30 and woke us asking for their bottle opener back “apparently the neighboring room had borrowed a bottle opener earlier” they apologies for waking us. The following morning they tried to move us into inferior room but offered no compensation or apology, so we refused. Eventually at 12:00 they could offer us the same standard room. Restaurant Issues First night I had Kebab which was very good, however 2 of the other guests with us had fish and it was dry as sticks, neither could eat, but the management offered no apology or replacement and still charged for the food. Also ordered Caesar salad which was delivered covered with old smelly cheese, took back untouched but still charged.

Staff, restaurant, swimming pool all excellent.

Everything. Hotel is very new, interior is very nicely designed. All facilities working great, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities.

The only thing I didn't like was that it took them 1 hour to serve the breakfast in the morning. But it's more issue of restaurant than hotel staff.
