Not enough crockery and cutlery for 5 of us. not all rooms clean. sofa bed did not have linen. Sofa bed stay expensive

this is a HMO not a house or home the owner stole our refund and lied constantly about telling us and customer service that he sent it he refuses to answer my calls and messages avoid at all costs

Loved the large bedroom with en-suite shower room, the house is new and very warm and comfortable . Loved the 49 inch TV with Netflix Loved having a total of three toilets as there are two upstairs and one downstairs too Loved how easy it was to park as the house has its own driveway

The tin opener does not work Would have loved an electric tin opener just to be decadent

Convenient location mmmfor our needs. Good largeTV and good cooker. Once heating sorted house was warm.

TV and heating not working when we arrived had to leave property for 2 hours until fixed. Poor instruction manuals. Insufficient cutlery. Lighting poor in kitchen. Only one bedside light worked. No bulb in one of main living room holders. Spare bulb did not work. Had to buy and fit myself.Seating in lving room not comfortable.
