Emplacement extraordinaire. Près de l'Acropole. Nos chambres avaient la vue sur l'Acropole (6ième étage) et c'était magique. La vue de la terrasse ou l'on prend le petit déjeuner est incroyable, avec une partie extérieure.

La ubicación es muy buena para conocer la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Las vistas son espectaculares. Y la cama super cómoda.

Great location close to the historic sites with a great choice of restaurants nearby. Family room able to accomodate 4 with two bathrooms. Helpful front desk staff. Beauitful view of the Acropolis from the breakfast restaurant.

Shower should have full screen to prevent wet bathroom floor. Some minor maintainance issues in the bathroom such as loose bathroom door handle.

If we had the room we asked for at booking with hotel website many weeks ago.

I like that Astor is close to everything in the city because it is located within the city.

When I asked for an extra blanket, it took quite a while and we had to call again for the delivery of the blanket. But it is okay... no big deal about that. Greeks are very patient people, and I have learnt to be patient too.

room was great with views ,top location close to shops & cafes plus great breakfast included

It was very well located. You can walk to most sites and there is a great view of the acropolis from the roof. There is a bar with espresso and cocktails in the lobby. The beds are comfortable and soft. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and stuff

Rooms are small no window and bathroom smells so bad

The hotel is located in Syntagma Square, about 0.3 mi from the Parliament, close to many restaurants, stores and the tour buses stop within 3 min walk. The front view of Acropolis and the entire Athens from the rooftop breakfast room and terrace is breathtaking, as well as the view of Acropolis from our balcony & room on the 8th fl. The receptionists, the bartender, the breakfast staff who served a rich buffet and the cleaning crew were very pleasant and helpful. The location, the view and the staff are what we liked the most.

For a 4 stars hotel, the room, the bathroom and the balcony could have been given more attention cleaning before new guests arrival. The bathroom needs some updates, the shower enclosure allows a lot of water to spill out, the hair dryer is very outdated. The room is a triple, but the bathroom doesn't have enough towel racks or hooks for 2 people. There are no glasses in the room, nor in the bathroom, except a couple of paper cups for coffee maker. As a suggestion, it would be nice for the hotel guests to have access to the rooftop terrace after the breakfast is over.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סבירה, לא היה מבחר גדול. הצוות של המלון היה מדהים. המיקום היה מושלם!!! דקה הליכה מרחוב ארמו. לקחנו חדר טריפל עם 3 מיטות יחיד, החדר היה קטן אבל זה לא פרט שהרס לנו את החוויה.

Στον συνδιασμό γυναίκα - Ερμού ένα είναι σίγουρο. Στην επιστροφή θα κάνεις γκρίνια για το νεράκι στο Αεροδρόμιο που κάνει 1,30 . Το καλό της υπόθεσης είναι όμως ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα αποφεύγεις να κουβαλάς και πηγαινοερχεσαι κάνοντας ρονια. Σε αποζημιώνει το R στο ασανσέρ από τις 6:30 έως 10:30 . Ησυχία, ξεκούραση, μπάνιο και συνεχίζεις. Προσωπικό ευχάριστο, χαμογελαστό, πρόθυμο.

Τα μαχαίρια του πρωινού δεν κόβουν ρε παιδιά,στην προσπάθεια να καθαρίσω φρούτα ( μήλο , ακτινίδιο) τα άφηνα στη μέση.

It is just in the center of Athens and has a nice Acropolis view roof. Ermou, Monastiraki, Plaka , Kolonaki are close to the hotel. And you can find everything what you need close to hotel

המלון מרכזי, בערך 200 מטר ממדרחוב ארמו המפורסם וחמש דקות הליכה בקניון אתיקה היוקרתי.חמש דקות הליכה מכיכר סינטגמה.שודרגנו דרך ההזמנה בבוקינג בעוד 30 יורו לחדר עם נוף לאקרופוליס שהיה מדהים, במיוחד מואר בלילה.

למלון אין מתקנים, רק מסעדה לארוחת בוקר עם נוף לאקרופוליס.אין חדר כושר/ספא/בריכה וכו'.

Pulizia, accoglienza, posizione! Tutto perfetto…per non parlare della vista! Vicino la metro per raggiungere l’aeroporto, e così centrale da non dover prendere nessun mezzo durante il soggiorno per visitare i vari siti! Straconsiglio

Se proprio dovessi trovare una difetto, che credo poi difetto non sia, la poca varietà dei prodotti per la colazione! Ma comunque tutto buono dal dolce al salto!

אחלה מלון! מיקום מנצח, נקי מאד, עובדי קבלה וניקיון מאד נעימים ושירותיים. החדרים פונים לכביש ומעט רועשים אבל לא משהו מהותי, בהחלט הייתי חוזרת למלון הזה שוב!!

We were upgraded to an 'Acropolis Frame Room' on the 8th floor and the view was amazing. I slept with the curtains open just to see the Parthenon lit up all night! The Breakfast room on the 9th floor was even better with an option to sit outside, which we did. From the rooftop veranda you could see the view of the city from all sides. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and she allowed us to check in early at no extra charge and also arranged for us to leave our luggage in a secure storage room after our 11am checkout as we had an evening flight. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of Syntagma Square and the metro station and also the main shopping street Ermou so we were able to spend a full day sightseeing before collecting our luggage to leave for the airport.

Unfortunately the breakfast was poor. There was quite a nice selection of food but the cooked breakfast wasn't good (very strange scrambled eggs, thin, fatty bacon, cheap quality baked beans!) so I opted to have some Greek yoghurt and fruit instead. The waiter was sullen and didn't like it when I opted to sit outside rather than in the hot, stuffy rooftop room which was like a greenhouse (it was January but the sun was shining in through the full glass windows) and kept shutting the sliding doors leading out onto the rooftop terrace. Another small complaint is that there were only two espresso capsules for the coffee machine in our room so I had to request more from the cleaners as my husband and I both drink double shots of coffee.

Location and safety of having a 24hr desk.

Rooms very small, no clock in room, phone did not work so couldn’t call housekeeping for more towels without leaving the room and going all the way to reception to ask. Lighting in the bathroom and room terrible for woman trying to put make-up on.
