Quarto muito antigo. Chuveiro caia dentro da banheira, podendo ocasionar quedas.

Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã bem sortido e gostoso.

Estacionamento muito apertado

Hotel excelente próximo do aeroporto, frente ao mar de piedade, com piscina (sem taxas e frescuras para levar bebida de fora), tem sauna, quartos amplos, confortáveis e café da manhã com diversas opções também sem frescuras, apesar de não ter streaming a tv tem canais premium disponíveis e os funcionários são muito educados, creio que foram os mais educados que já vi em hotéis e pousadas e olha que viajo mais de 10x por ano!

Não foram exatamente coisas que não gostei, mas detalhes que podem fazer a diferença para elevar a nota do hotel para 10, incluir streaming com netflix etc nas tvs porque hoje em dia todo mundo usa streaming para filmes e séries, modernizar os banheiros porque são com banheiras acopladas que é ruim para tomar banho, se tiver que ter banheira que seja uma jaccuzy separada do box, remover taxa de estacionamento, particularmente acho estranho pagar hospedagem e taxa diária para estacionar o carro no hotel, melhor incluir o valor na hospedagem do que cobrar essa taxa separada, fica a dica. Fora isso, é um hotel que eu voltaria porque NÃO tem frescuras que os outros têm que cobram toalhas, cobram rolha etc..

Wasn’t clean , dust on the windows and the furnishers very old and the double bed was too small

Management was horrible the front desk gave me one information about the price which differ of what I found the site I did rent it for myself whatsoever I just asked to my fiance take a look at the room just for look at for 5 minutes only not even they want to charge me 100 Brazilian money that is unbelievable ridiculous

the hotel is old, not good at all. the front desk not so friendly.

Furniture is a bit outdated but the hotel is clean and kept well and I had a sea view room on the top floor so can’t complain:-) Breakfast was abundant and fantastic!

The bed had a spring mattress, Bible on the lobby counter and in the room (not everyone is religious or catholic)

Only the location

Everything we stayed in a room that I didnt book. Everything was broken and the bathroom had mold. I have a video to prove it. I booked a room with 2 double bed and they gave me one double bed and a sofa bed that was broken and I have a picture to prove it. I want my full refund since they advertised something that it was not true.

The Staff was very good. The condition of the place was poor.

The place was not clean like pictures. Mattress was ripped. It was more like a 1.5 star hotel.

The staff were helpful, right on the beach and not far from the airport.

It was a bit run down in places and not 100% water tight in the heavy down pour we had.

The hotel is a bit old but very nicely maintained. The breakfast was good and also the swimming pool area.

The staff is friendly.

The air conditioning make too much noise, the bed is horrible. The room smells bad, don't have room service. The internet never worked
