Location was very clean and location is great for a swim able beach.

Wasn’t very family friendly as it seems to tailor more to Spring Break crowds and adult couples. Was limited on food options as well as we could not reserve dinner at the only restaurant they had available and also charged for additional items in addition to the limited free breakfast.

American Breakfast was included in our room rate, which was eggs and bacon or sausage or chorizo. The eggs were well cooked. They also came with potatoes and onions which I didn't feel like at breakfast time. We didn't get toast which I thought was odd, but Mexico don't seem to do toast. Cabo is mega expensive and my small smoothie was $30 which surprised me!

Everything was fabulous. My room when I arrived was. noisy as it was above the restaurant and directly opposite the restaurant across the street. They very kindly moved me to a quiet room as I have epilepsy so I need to sleep.

Bahia hotel and beach house is a pleasant property. It is small so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Exceptionally clean and staff is very attentive. The rooms were basic. We were in a deluxe double. It had a television but no refrigerator or microwave. I’m not sure it’s worth the price over a regular double. I booked through Priceline so the price was decent. The location is pretty perfect next to the beach with tons of excellent food choices. The restaurant is beautiful and also the food is excellent. Beware and review the check out receipt. we were charged for things that we did not use out of the minibar, and it was quite an event to get them to consider not charging me. In the end, I was trying to get to the airport so I said forget it. Hence, the unfavorable review. Also, I have never been to a hotel where the coffee in the room was not complementary. Beware! If you drink the little coffee cups, you will be charged, I won’t say that the issue with the mini bar ruined my stay there but it did put a negative spin on my experience.

How close it was to everything.

No cons; it was great.

The resort is in a wonderful location on Medano beach within walking distance to the main area if you’re looking for a night out.

Expensive bottled water

The location and the staff at Bahia were great. The renovated rooms on level 5 were nice.

The staff at Sur Beach House were horrible and rude. We had a booking (under our room number) for beach chairs and they treated us like absolute idiots and made us wait for 10 minutes while they "checked some umbrellas", and never returned to us. Our friend was already inside so she came and found us and we walked it by ourselves while the staff glared at us. I left shortly after that to go back to my room, and received the same attitude by the same staff when I returned to Sur Beach House. It was really awful.

Great location, great beach club, beautiful hotel and nice service!

For the price I think it would have been nice to have some water bottles or coffee included in the room instead of as an extra charge.
