De airco werkte niet !!
Daardoor zeer benauwd op de kamer. Bij geopende ramen veel herrie van de loeiende airco's op de binnenplaats

My children and I were absolutely thrilled with our room, which was located across from the Astronomical Clock. When the kids didn't feel up for walking anymore, I could still see the apostles each hour without leaving the room. New Years Eve was a dream, and we were so happy to hear the concert and watch fireworks from the cozy warmth of our room. The staff was exceptional and responsive. I couldn't figure out how to stop the tub, as it is different in the Czech Republic, and they were quick to assist. (Found out you turn a silver disc type knob). They helped walk our luggage to the car when we left; I recommend asking them to meet you where your taxi drops off or just arranging transport with them ideally, as that was much easier on the way home.
It would be nice to have a room service option for food.

The staff were extremely helpful. I was ill upon arrival and hot water and milk was delivered to our room for a cup of tea. Nothing was a problem. They arranged transport for our departure and carried our suitcases across the Old Town Square.

Location could not have been any better. Given the age of the building, the beds and overall space of the rooms waws nice. The property sits on the most popular plaza in town so it has ample access to restaurants bars and shopping. Every alley from the space was worth a stroll.
As a family of tall 6ft travelers, I found the bath/showers quite uncomfortable and difficult to use. Do not stay here if you are taller than 5'8 or you'll need to kneel to shower.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good basic selection and was fresh and varied slightly each morning. Location was right in the middle of the action in the main square. It is a 20 minute walk from both main train and bus stations.
The hotel was initially difficult to locate through the restaurants and crowds and could do with better signage. The wifi failed to work on several occasions for hours at a time which was frustrating. The TV may have been connected to the wifi as it either did not work or reset itself midway through watching a program. The fan in the bathroom kept turning on and off all day and night. The water saving shower head was like needles. The bed creaked on one side with the slightest movement.

Location was great right in front of Atomic Clock and steps from Old Town. Hotel is a warren of rooms in several interconnected buildings. Nice breakfast with plenty of meats, cheeses and baked goods.
Rooms are quaint but lacking in modern conveniences. No couch to relax on; inadequate lighting for reading/work. Wifi did not work first day we were there. Shower is handheld in a tub facing the wrong direction; very easy to accidentally spray the bathroom as "door" to shower only covers half the length of tub.

Location on the square was lovely. View of the clock at breakfast and the breakfast was good.
Rooms not soundproof even with double glazing. Lots of noise through the night. Disturbed nights sleep every night. Had a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a narrow cobbled street above an Italian restaurant. They seemed to take their big bins across the cobbles late into the night and again early in the morning. Lots of chatter from outside.

Best location. Lovely breakfast included. Marble, brass, oak, antiques everywhere. Good discounts for local restaurants.
We could hear the sound of chairs scraping when setting up for breakfast from 2 floors above. How about adding felt pads to the feet of the chair legs...

Beautiful hotel very tastefully decorated. Amazing location, friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful. We had a room opposite the astronomical clock wonderful view. We would love to visit this hotel again.
There is nothing we didn't like about the hotel. I can't thing of anything that disappointed us. Everything about our stay was perfect.

I got stuck in an ATTIC ROOM, lots of climbing stairs and walking around halls like a maze. I have asthma and cannot have this type of steps. No elevator. room looks scary and it has smell. I requested to be moved to another room, thank goodness.

Windows, doors, bathroom equipment, especially shower were too old. Even windows can not be closed sharply.

The view from the window was exceptional! We could see the astronomical clock from the window of our room, and we got to watch the animated clock event many times from the comfort of our room. Breakfast was excellent, and staff were helpful.

Brilliant location and a great view at breakfast overlooking the old clock on the town square. A perfect base for exploring Prague on foot.
Clean and comfortable, but facilities getting on a little. Could do with an update, but would stay here again given location.
