We were given the wrong keys in checking, after uncounted tries to open our apartment we tried on the apartment in the next door and we were able to open other guests’ apartment!! We even saw their backpacks and belongings that were totally unsecured. After about half an hour of trying and an additional half an hour of waiting the receptionist gave us the right keys. The apartment was dirty and smelly. Dirty floors as we were clearly able to see footprints, dirty toilets, smelly bedding. The sink was clogged. absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favour and steer away from this place.

Spacious, great location, full kitchen, view from terrace if you are tall enough to see over the wall.

Smell in the bathroom, missing towels in toilet and kitchen, stained sheets.

the staff was very very very rude. the person handling check in was very very rude. first they would never answer my calls. I land into a foreign land and I was on the road with my bags and no help from the staff. they said check in at 3 on email. other than that the person never answered my calls. I called 10 times. the person picked up once and very rude answered don’t keep calling. I can’t help you. I come at 3. and no space to keep my bags or anything. no help in terms of where to sit for the time being. I mean the person handling check in cAn be considerate. explain clearly and suggest that you may sit at this coffee shop or go here/there/anyplace with your bags. no help at all. at check in after 5 hrs they gave me wrong room. I booked balcony room and they gave me room on ground floor without balcony. then again I fought with the guy then he gave me the correct room. then at check in one of the mattress in the room was broken.

The apartment is huge and the location is great.

We had a problem with getting the key to the front door. The dishwasher had been broken for a while. One of the rooms did not have any curtains.

The apartments advertise to have a view, since they are near the river. Given the location of the building, it is impossible for any of the rooms to have a view of the river or anything interesting. Just the opposite building. The apartment also advertises to have sound insulation. Very much not the case. I had to move to sleep in the second room since a group of people came to the apartment next my bedroom in the middle of the night. There is a sofa indicated in the description, which is not true. It is essentially another double bed, which is fine if we were four, but it is impossible to sit there, you can just lie down on it.
