Warm room and free parking.

We forget to ask Invoice during our stay, hotel refuse to send us our Invoice later, now we have problem, because hotel was paid with business card, but we do not have Invoice for our stay. HVAC was loud even after aircon was turned off.

The hotel is clean, besides sleepover, we just had coffe and it was ok. Completely clean facilities, plenty of warm water, working tv, warm room, comfortable bed. For the price, everything a traveler needs. For a visit to Verona fair, it wasn't too far for sleepover, and it wasn't as pricy as other accomodations. Very easy to navigate from Verona.

The digital check in is a terrible thing! First time I use it and hope - never again. They promise you spent 1 min on this, but in fact - minimum 10. This mega super modern in digitalization hotel, asked me my full name for 4 time to check in and gave a Wi-Fi in the room. + you have a digital key on the door, that means you can’t leave the room without your phone The water is available only at reception. so if you want to drink at night - you have to walk in your panty ~ 150 meters. The bed. In fact it’s 2 mattresses that are moving at night. No mini bar 😏 sleep hungry if you arrived late

Overcomplicated room key system ?

Nice and quiet location. Close enough to Verona without being right in town if you have a car

It feels like it used to be a hospital. The laundry fee is €12 which is quite expensive

The room was quite spacious and well cleaned, though the shower is way too small.

The online check in process and excess digital key were a bit distressing especially after a whole day of sightseeing around. One of the reception members was not very welcoming neither. The others were all ok. Dinner was poor considering the price paid.

Good hotel for visiting Verona but you need car or good transit hotel

the Hotel is situated in a subarban area of Verona, hence there is a lot od space around the hotel. easy for parking, even when we arrived relatively late. room was just perfect, very comfy king size bed. overall very satisfied and can only recommend rhis accomodation to other guests.

we barely had hot water

The room was with strange locked door inside. At 2am we found out that this door divides double room into two single ones and our neighbors came to the room and started to talk. As the sound isolation of the door is very poor, the impression was like we were living together with our neighbors in one room. It was terrible experience. Our children stayed in another room. They faced with another issue: One "new" towel had strange smell, and being unfolded, exposed a brown spots and pieces of unknown substance. Also the ceiling in the room had dirty yellow spots, looks like the result of water leakage from above floor.

Very nice employees. Cheap and, if you go by car, ideal for a stop south of Verona (about 15 minutes to the big parking lot in the city centre, next to the bus terminal). Nothing special. Good value for little money. If you want more comfort though, you might also have to pay more.

The AC did not work for some reason and the breakfast could have been slightly more varied, but for the price we paid (about 65 euros for two people) that is utterly acceptable, I think.
