Close to the beach and great food

Small rooms, not proper cleaning, smoking rooms should be separate

high standard for the money

small rooms for a family to share. they didn’t give me my request. sea view with two single beds. they gave us a noisy pool view with a double bed for our son and daughter who are 13 and 14. we had a week booked but we left after the third night with no refund.

Rooms very clean and had everything we needed. All staff were friendly and helpful

Poolside was OK and kids entertainment was really nice, best thing about the hotel.

One of the rooms we had booked had a terrible smell that the staff did not do anything about even if we complained two times (spraying fabreeze does not count as fixing the problem). The rooms are really small and in no way suitable for a family of four. There is not even room to store one suitcase. The rooms are not soundproof and poorly built, there was a gap all around the doorway so not only did noice come in from the corridor but the light from outside would light up the room through the gap around the door. The room was also dirty and the AC had probably not been cleaned for months.

The room and bathroom was kind of old, it looked nothing like the pictures promoted on booking.

It was near the beach and other facilities like restaurants shops, train station about 20 minutes walk so you can go to Barcelona,nice spa.

The food in the hotel it was sort of same every day and for vegetarians not much option just plain pizza and chips every day just a bland food . The bed was not comfortable and you get charged for a locker, the entertainment was just for kids every day nothing for adults and should have had entertainment for adults because we paid so much money to get there ,i don't feel that is 4 star hotel although it's clean hotel.

We enjoyed very much our stay , the food , the services and the location was really good. The kids loved it also .

Great place. The beds were comfortable, the beach was very close and the car could be parked in a public car park near the hotel and cost 6 Euros / 24 hours. The choice of food is rich and very very tasty.
